The Haunted Vault Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. The Network Promotion runs from Wednesday, 23.10.2024, at 22:01 UTC (Thursday 24.10.2024, at 00:01 CEST) to Thursday, 31.10.2024, at
22:59 UTC (Thursday 31.10.2024, at 23:59 CET). Note: CEST (Central European Summer Time) changes to CET (Central European Time) on Sunday 27.10.2024.

2. The promotion is based on the Leaderboard mechanic: “Sum of Win Multipliers on selected games.”

3. The games participating in the Network Promotion are: Baron: Lord of Saturday, Rich Wilde and the Book of Dead, Count Jokula, Ghost of Dead,
Golden Colts, Happy Halloween, Kingdom Below, Lady of Fortune Remastered, Rich Wilde and the Tome of Insanity, Sweet Alchemy 100, Tomb of Gold and Wild Blood 2.

4. The total prize pool for the Network Promotion is of €/£75,000 in cash prizes (or the equivalent amount in the available currency for participating players).

5. To take part in the Network Promotion, players are required to opt-in to the leaderboard upon launching any of this promotion’s qualifying games.

6. Wagers placed with real balances, bonus balances, or Free Games are considered for scoring purposes. Jackpot wins are excluded from the score. The minimum bet to participate in the Network leaderboard promotion is €/£ 0.20 (or the equivalent in the available currency). No minimum deposit is required to participate. Qualifying bets are those placed on participating games. Players should verify game availability with their account-holding websites (“operators”) before opting in.

7. Points are calculated when game rounds are finalized, and the best scores are ranked on top of the leaderboard. In cases of equal scores, the players who achieved them first are classified higher in the leaderboard.

8. In cases of disconnections or general technical issues all spins affected are rendered void and might not be included in the promotion for scoring purposes.

9. Sum of Win Multipliers Formula: A formula which sums up all win multipliers.
Example: A player has had 3 winning spins during the promotional period these were the below.

1€ bet -> 12.5€ win (multiplier 12.5)
1€ bet -> 5€ win (multiplier 5)
1€ bet -> 3€ win (multiplier 3)
The total score of the player at the end of the promotion would be
12.5+5+3=20.5 points

10. This leaderboard’s prizes can be found under the prizes section of the promotion and in the table below. There are 550 paid positions, and therefore 550 prizes, within the promotional leaderboard.

11. The operators are responsible for crediting corresponding cash prizes to their winning players. Any winnings will be credited by the operator(s) within 7 working days of the promotion ending

12. Cash Prizes will be paid by the operator(s) using the winning players’ play currency.

13. Wins may be subjected to an internal verification within Play’n GO.

14. The websites on which the players’ accounts are held, therefore the “operators”, reserve the right to disqualify players who are deemed to be abusing the promotional Terms & Conditions. Forms of abuse include but are not limited to

a) creating more than one account in order to take advantage of the promotion;

b) providing inaccurate registration data;

c) using a Virtual Private Network (VPN) or proxies in order to disguise the player’s real location;

d) Any action which may indicate malicious manipulation of the casino system;

e) using of unauthorized forms of payments;

f) Any additional abusing behaviour stated in the operator’s General Terms & Conditions and Promotional Terms & Conditions.

15. Operators are solely responsible for ensuring that the promotion complies with local laws and regulations. Any changes to the promotion terms must be communicated transparently to players.

General Terms & Conditions

B.1 In the event of any dispute regarding these promotional terms and conditions; the administration, conduct or results of the Promotion; and/or any other matters relating to the Promotion, the decision of kwiff shall be final, if you disagree with said decision or have any complaints, you can reach out to us through our Customer Service team or alternatively, we are also affiliated with the Alternative Dispute Resolution entity eCogra. Refer to the Complaints procedure for more information on complaints and disputes.

B.2 Failure to comply with these promotional terms and conditions may result in your disqualification from the Promotion and/or account closure.

B.3 Duplicate accounts will not qualify for this Promotion. Kwiff may determine at its sole discretion whether it believes different entries or accounts are connected to the same person, using whatever methods it deems appropriate.

B.4 All withdrawals are subject to audit by kwiff. We reserve the right to reclaim any bonus and/or cash reward and/or any winnings, and/or close an account, in a situation of obvious abuse or fraud.

B.5 The Promotion is limited to one entry per person, meaning we monitor one per family, household address, email address, IP address, telephone number, same payment account number (e.g. debit card), and shared computer (e.g. public library or workplace).

B.6 We reserve the right to withhold or cancel payments and any winnings generated where:

Participants, whether individually or acting in a group, are found to be in breach of these terms and conditions;
A customer is found to have multiple accounts;
A customer is self-excluded on any accounts they hold with kwiff;
Kwiff, at its sole discretion has reason to believe that the Promotion has been abused, manipulated, or that irregular (e.g influence betting, syndicate betting, etc.), fraudulent, collusive or illegal activity has occurred. (See item J.6.2 of our T&C’s for further information on abuse of promotions and bonuses).

B.7 In the event of any breach of these terms and conditions or a participant being ineligible to participate in the Promotion, kwiff reserves the right to take such action as it deems appropriate and in its absolute discretion, including but not limited to account closures; disqualifications from the promotion; reclamation of bonuses, cash rewards, winnings or prizes granted; refusing all future promotions; withholding associated winnings; and/or voiding associated stakes.

B.8 Events may occur that result in kwiff extending, refusing, reclaiming, cancelling, terminating, modifying or suspending the Promotion, these terms and conditions and/or the awarding of prize(s), bonuses or cash rewards at any point and for any reason. These may be due to a third party’s illegal activity, technical difficulties and/or any other reasons beyond the control of kwiff and accordingly the entrant agrees that kwiff shall have no liability as a result thereof. Free bets once voided will have no stake returned. We shall endeavour to supply an alternative Surprise Bet of the same value, should a surprise bet be voided. Where existing participants are affected, they shall be informed in advance and can opt-out with only their eligible redeemable cash balance being available.”

B.9 Kwiff disclaims any liability for inaccurate information or payouts, whether caused by the website, users of the Platform, equipment used in the Promotion, or by human or technical errors related to the Promotion. Kwiff does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failure of any kind, which may affect the sending, receipt or processing of your entry or qualification for the Promotion. Kwiff will not be responsible for any postponement or cancellation of the Promotion to the extent such occurs for reasons beyond kwiff’s reasonable control.

B.10 Kwiff may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for verification documents such as passport or ID to verify your identity, age and residency to fulfil ongoing regulatory obligations and limit fraud. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes or rewards that have been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.

B.11 Employees of kwiff (or their families or households), or any group company of kwiff, companies associated with kwiff and all affiliates of such companies, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. Kwiff reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.

B.12 kwiff reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so as a result of an exceptional event or any circumstances beyond our control. Customers who qualified prior to any change will be honoured with the reward or where not possible, with a reward of equal value or greater.

B.13 The promoter of this Promotion in UK and Ireland is kwiff Limited, registered in Malta under the number C77623 and having its registered office at Triq Il-Wied Ta’ L-Msida, Msida, MSD9023, Malta. For players not in the UK or Ireland the service is operated by Worldwide Gaming Limited, a company registered in Isle of Man with registration number 017900V having its registered office at Second Floor, 18-20 North Quay, Douglas, Isle of Man.

B.14 Kwiff Terms And Conditions and Betting Rules apply. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these promotion terms and conditions and the kwiff Terms of Conditions and/or Betting Rules, they shall prevail in the following order: (a) Terms of Conditions, (b) Betting Rules, (c) these promotion terms and conditions.
