Supercharge your weekend | Terms & Conditions

Supercharge your weekend (the “Promotion”) is offered to you by kwiff (“kwiff”, “we” or “us”). By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which apply in conjunction with kwiff’s Terms, Conditions and Betting Rules.

A.1 The Promotion operates as a voucher for a supercharge on a qualifying acca bet of the user’s choice, made during the promotional period.

A.2 The Promotion runs from Saturday 00:01 – Sunday 23:59, every weekend. (the “Promotional Period”).

A.3 The Promotion is only valid for:

(a) New & existing kwiff customers;
(b) Customers from the UK and Ireland, aged 18 years and over.

A.4 To qualify for the Promotion, participants must;

(a) Log in to their kwiff account to claim the Supercharge Voucher.
(b) Follow the instructions within the blue bar on the voucher.

A.5 The voucher criteria will be as follows;

(a) Available on a 3+ fold sports acca > Min odds per selection = 1.50* > Min ticket stake 3.00 (if Flex is applied, min ticket odds is measured on your Flexed odds)

*Once a bet slip contains the minimum criteria stated above, additional selections of odds of 1.50 may be added to your bet slip.

A.6 Applying FLEX;

If applying FLEX to an acca, the FLEXED ticket odds must be equal to or greater than 3.00.

If applying FLEX to an acca (with 1 leg flexed) you need at least 4 legs with odds of 1.5.

If applying FLEX to an acca (with 2 legs flexed) you need at least 5 legs with odds of 1.5.

If applying FLEX to an acca (with 3 legs flexed) you need at least 6 legs with odds of 1.5 and so on.

A.7 When entering your stake amount, the lightning graphic will display on bets that meet the promotion criteria. Click the lightning to apply the Supercharge Voucher to the bet slip.

A.8 The Supercharge will be available to use on a qualifying bet of the customer’s choice during the promotional period.

A.9 Supercharge Vouchers must be claimed and used from Saturday 00:01 – Sunday 23:59.

A.10 Vouchers will expire if not used on the specified conditions within the instructions on the blue bar – during the promotional period.

A.11 Bets placed without applying the supercharge voucher will not be voided. Supercharges can not be applied retroactively.

A.12 If one or all selections of a bet placed using the Supercharge Voucher settles as ‘cancelled/pushed’, the bet will be deemed invalid and not be credited.

A.13 Only one Supercharge Voucher will be issued per customer.

A.14 The size of the Supercharge can vary and only guarantees an increase in odds.

A.15 If kwiff suspects a participant is using cash out to abuse this campaign, we reserve the right not to pay out any potential winnings.

A.16 If you have been sent an email from kwiff, excluding you from offers, you will not qualify for this promotion.

A.17 Tickets containing Multi bets, Bet Builder bets, or Acca+ bets do not count towards this promotion.

A.18 This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other free bets or vouchers.

A.19 In the event of a technical failure by us or the Network, or in the event of any occurrence that renders us unable to credit the promotional reward within the expected time frame, we will aim to credit the reward as soon as the incident is resolved.

A.20 The Account must be active, and customers need to log in to their account to claim the Supercharge Voucher.

General Terms & Conditions

B.1 In the event of any dispute regarding these promotional terms and conditions; the administration, conduct or results of the Promotion; and/or any other matters relating to the Promotion, the decision of kwiff shall be final, if you disagree with said decision or have any complaints, you can reach out to us through our Customer Service team or alternatively, we are also affiliated with the Alternative Dispute Resolution entity eCogra. Refer to the Complaints procedure for more information on complaints and disputes.

B.2 Failure to comply with these promotional terms and conditions may result in your disqualification from the Promotion and/or account closure.

B.3 Duplicate accounts will not qualify for this Promotion. Kwiff may determine at its sole discretion whether it believes different entries or accounts are connected to the same person, using whatever methods it deems appropriate.

B.4 All withdrawals are subject to audit by kwiff. We reserve the right to reclaim any bonus and/or cash reward and/or any winnings, and/or close an account, in a situation of obvious abuse or fraud.

B.5 The Promotion is limited to one entry per person, meaning we monitor one per family, household address, email address, IP address, telephone number, same payment account number (e.g. debit card), and shared computer (e.g. public library or workplace).

B.6 We reserve the right to withhold or cancel payments and any winnings generated where:

Participants, whether individually or acting in a group, are found to be in breach of these terms and conditions;
A customer is found to have multiple accounts;
A customer is self-excluded on any accounts they hold with kwiff;
Kwiff, at its sole discretion has reason to believe that the Promotion has been abused, manipulated, or that irregular (e.g influence betting, syndicate betting, etc.), fraudulent, collusive or illegal activity has occurred. (See item J.6.2 of our T&C’s for further information on abuse of promotions and bonuses).

B.7 In the event of any breach of these terms and conditions or a participant being ineligible to participate in the Promotion, kwiff reserves the right to take such action as it deems appropriate and in its absolute discretion, including but not limited to account closures; disqualifications from the promotion; reclamation of bonuses, cash rewards, winnings or prizes granted; refusing all future promotions; withholding associated winnings; and/or voiding associated stakes.

B.8 Events may occur that result in kwiff extending, refusing, reclaiming, cancelling, terminating, modifying or suspending the Promotion, these terms and conditions and/or the awarding of prize(s), bonuses or cash rewards at any point and for any reason. These may be due to a third party’s illegal activity, technical difficulties and/or any other reasons beyond the control of kwiff and accordingly the entrant agrees that kwiff shall have no liability as a result thereof. Free bets once voided will have no stake returned. We shall endeavour to supply an alternative Surprise Bet of the same value, should a surprise bet be voided. Where existing participants are affected, they shall be informed in advance and can opt-out with only their eligible redeemable cash balance being available.”

B.9 Kwiff disclaims any liability for inaccurate information or payouts, whether caused by the website, users of the Platform, equipment used in the Promotion, or by human or technical errors related to the Promotion. Kwiff does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failure of any kind, which may affect the sending, receipt or processing of your entry or qualification for the Promotion. Kwiff will not be responsible for any postponement or cancellation of the Promotion to the extent such occurs for reasons beyond kwiff’s reasonable control.

B.10 Kwiff may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for verification documents such as passport or ID to verify your identity, age and residency to fulfil ongoing regulatory obligations and limit fraud. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes or rewards that have been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.

B.11 Employees of kwiff (or their families or households), or any group company of kwiff, companies associated with kwiff and all affiliates of such companies, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. Kwiff reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.

B.12 kwiff reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so as a result of an exceptional event or any circumstances beyond our control. Customers who qualified prior to any change will be honoured with the reward or where not possible, with a reward of equal value or greater.

B.13 The promoter of this Promotion in UK and Ireland is kwiff Limited, registered in Malta under the number C77623 and having its registered office at Triq Il-Wied Ta’ L-Msida, Msida, MSD9023, Malta. For players not in the UK or Ireland the service is operated by Worldwide Gaming Limited, a company registered in Isle of Man with registration number 017900V having its registered office at Second Floor, 18-20 North Quay, Douglas, Isle of Man.
