After joining a leaderboard, 10 bonus rounds will take place at random, and players will have a chance to win a share of the golden chips prize pool every round by placing a total bet of at least £1 on any Promotion Game.

Higher bets do not change the player’s chances of winning a share of the bonus round prizes. Placing a bet does not necessarily guarantee participation in the bonus round unless the bonus round is triggered on the specific Promotion Game where player has wagered.

During the Promotion Hours of the Promotion Period, the Mystery Bonus will be activated, and players will have a chance to win a share of a total sum of £40,500 in golden chips during the entire Promotion Period.

Results for each leaderboard will be available to players approximately 15 minutes after the leaderboard finishes.

Mystery Bonus – Terms & Conditions

Mystery Bonus (the “Promotion”) is offered to you by kwiff Limited (“kwiff”, “we” or “us”) in partnership with Playtech. By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which apply in conjunction with the kwiff Terms and Conditions and Betting Rules.

A.1 The Mystery Bonus promotion will run from 8^th July 2026 until 19^th July 2026, 12 days in total (“Promotion Period”). This is a network promotion operated by Playtech and prize pools are shared across different operators.

A.2 The Mystery Bonus will be active every day for the duration of the Promotion Period during the following hours: 15:00 – 20:00 GMT time, 5 hours in total (“Promotion Hours”).

A.3 The Mystery Bonus will be active simultaneously on the following games: Sports Roulette, Football Roulette (“Promotion Game”).

A.4 This promotion is open only to customers aged 18 or over in the UK who have an active kwiff account, subject to eligibility checks.

A.5 During the Promotion Hours of the Promotion Period, 10 bonus rounds will take place and players will have a chance to win a part of a shared prize in golden chips per round by placing a total bet of at least £1 on the Promotion Game.

A.6 During the Promotion Hours of the Promotion Period, the Mystery Bonus will be activated, and players will have a chance to win a share of a total sum of £40,500 in golden chips during the entire Promotion Period.

A.7 All prizes will be paid in golden chips having a value of £0.20 each.

A.8 Winnings from play using Golden Chips can be withdrawn. Golden Chips themselves cannot be withdrawn or converted to cash, and no wagering requirements apply to these winnings.

A.9 Prizes will be credited to qualifying players’ accounts within 72 hours of the end of the relevant leaderboard.

A.10 Player journey:

a) To take part in the Promotion, the Player joins the Promotion Games during the Promotion Hours of the Promotion Period.

b) Player needs to place a total bet of at least £1 on the Promotion Games in order to get a chance to be eligible to participate in the bonus round. For the avoidance of doubt, higher bets do not change the player’s chances of winning a share of the bonus round prize. Placing a bet does not necessarily guarantee the participation in the bonus round unless the bonus round is triggered on the specific Promotion Game where player is present.

c) RNG bonus round is triggered randomly on one of the Promotion Games during the Promotion Hours of the Promotion Period and displayed in the user interface 10 times per day with a shared prize amount in golden chips per bonus round. The RNG bonus round result is generated independently and is not related to the outcome of the player’s bet on the Promotion Game.

d) In the bonus round, up to 5 betting positions are picked by RNG system and highlighted in the user interface in the Promotion Games.

e) If the player has a bet placed on one of the betting positions picked by RNG – player receives a share of the bonus round prize as detailed below. The prize is divided equally between the winning players of that round.

A11 Golden Chips must be claimed and used within three days of issuance.

A.12 All prizes will appear in GBP (£) in line with the customer’s account currency. The winning players will be paid their share of the prize according to the currency of their account in accordance with the exchange rate applicable on the day of payment. The Provider bears no responsibility for any exchange rates or conversion rates.

A.13 All wins are subject to standard verification checks carried out by Playtech and/or kwiff.

A.14 kwiff reserves the right to disqualify players who are deemed to be abusing the promotional Terms and Conditions. Forms of abuse include but are not limited to: a) creating more than one account in order to take advantage of the promotion; b) providing inaccurate registration data; c) using a Virtual Private Network (VPN) or proxies in order to disguise the player’s real location; d) any action which may indicate malicious manipulation of the casino system; e) using unauthorised forms of payment; f) any additional abusive behaviour stated in kwiff’s General Terms and Conditions and Promotional Terms and Conditions.

A.15 In the event of a technical failure by us or the Network, or any occurrence that prevents us from crediting the promotional reward, we will credit the reward once the issue is resolved, in line with standard operational practices.

A.16 In case of any discrepancy between the English Terms & Conditions, and any other language, the English version prevails.

A.17 This is a Playtech Network promotion, so not only kwiff players have the chance to win.

A.18 By participating, players acknowledge that kwiff and Playtech will process personal data as necessary for promotion administration, leaderboard calculation, and prize distribution, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

A.19 kwiff reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel this Promotion and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice, where required for legal, regulatory or operational reasons.

General Terms & Conditions

B.1 In the event of any dispute regarding these promotional terms and conditions; the administration, conduct or results of the Promotion; and/or any other matters relating to the Promotion, the decision of kwiff shall be final, if you disagree with said decision or have any complaints, you can reach out to us through our Customer Service team or alternatively, we are also affiliated with the Alternative Dispute Resolution entity eCogra. Refer to the Complaints procedure for more information on complaints and disputes.

B.2 Failure to comply with these promotional terms and conditions may result in your disqualification from the Promotion and/or account closure.

B.3 Duplicate accounts will not qualify for this Promotion. Kwiff may determine at its sole discretion whether it believes different entries or accounts are connected to the same person, using whatever methods it deems appropriate.

B.4 All withdrawals are subject to audit by kwiff. We reserve the right to reclaim any bonus and/or cash reward and/or any winnings, and/or close an account, in a situation of obvious abuse or fraud.

B.5 The Promotion is limited to one entry per person, meaning we monitor one per family, household address, email address, IP address, telephone number, same payment account number (e.g. debit card), and shared computer (e.g. public library or workplace).

B.6 We reserve the right to withhold or cancel payments and any winnings generated where:

Participants, whether individually or acting in a group, are found to be in breach of these terms and conditions;
A customer is found to have multiple accounts;
A customer is self-excluded on any accounts they hold with kwiff;
Kwiff, at its sole discretion has reason to believe that the Promotion has been abused, manipulated, or that irregular (e.g influence betting, syndicate betting, etc.), fraudulent, collusive or illegal activity has occurred. (See item J.6.2 of our T&C’s for further information on abuse of promotions and bonuses).

B.7 In the event of any breach of these terms and conditions or a participant being ineligible to participate in the Promotion, kwiff reserves the right to take such action as it deems appropriate and in its absolute discretion, including but not limited to account closures; disqualifications from the promotion; reclamation of bonuses, cash rewards, winnings or prizes granted; refusing all future promotions; withholding associated winnings; and/or voiding associated stakes.

B.8 Events may occur that result in kwiff extending, refusing, reclaiming, cancelling, terminating, modifying or suspending the Promotion, these terms and conditions and/or the awarding of prize(s), bonuses or cash rewards at any point and for any reason. These may be due to a third party’s illegal activity, technical difficulties and/or any other reasons beyond the control of kwiff and accordingly the entrant agrees that kwiff shall have no liability as a result thereof. Free bets once voided will have no stake returned. Where existing participants are affected, they shall be informed in advance and can opt-out with only their eligible redeemable cash balance being available.”

B.9 Kwiff disclaims any liability for inaccurate information or payouts, whether caused by the website, users of the Platform, equipment used in the Promotion, or by human or technical errors related to the Promotion. Kwiff does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failure of any kind, which may affect the sending, receipt or processing of your entry or qualification for the Promotion. Kwiff will not be responsible for any postponement or cancellation of the Promotion to the extent such occurs for reasons beyond kwiff’s reasonable control.

B.10 Kwiff may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for verification documents such as passport or ID to verify your identity, age and residency to fulfil ongoing regulatory obligations and limit fraud. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes or rewards that have been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.

B.11 Employees of kwiff (or their families or households), or any group company of kwiff, companies associated with kwiff and all affiliates of such companies, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. Kwiff reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.

B.12 kwiff reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so as a result of an exceptional event or any circumstances beyond our control. Customers who qualified prior to any change will be honoured with the reward or where not possible, with a reward of equal value or greater.

B.13 The promoter of this Promotion in UK and Ireland is kwiff Limited, registered in Malta under the number C77623 and having its registered office at Triq Il-Wied Ta’ L-Msida, Msida, MSD9023, Malta. For players not in the UK or Ireland the service is operated by Worldwide Gaming Limited, a company registered in Isle of Man with registration number 017900V having its registered office at Second Floor, 18-20 North Quay, Douglas, Isle of Man.

B.14 Kwiff Terms And Conditions and Betting Rules apply. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these promotion terms and conditions and the kwiff Terms of Conditions and/or Betting Rules, they shall prevail in the following order: (a) Terms of Conditions, (b) Betting Rules, (c) these promotion terms and conditions.
