Mega Roulette Madness – Terms & Conditions

1. The following is a list of terms and conditions for participation in Pragmatic Play’s Drops & Wins – ‘Mega Roulette Madness” Network Promotion (the “Network Promotion”) for Pragmatic Play’s operators (the “Operator(s)”), whether offered directly or through a platform provider. The Network Promotion shall run from 6^th of March 2024 to 5th of March 2025 (the “Network Promotion Term”) as a global promotion for Pragmatic Play’s network and the game shows (the “Participating game types”).

2. By participating in the Network Promotion, you hereby agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Moreover, these terms and conditions shall be subject to and be read in conjunction with the terms and conditions set out in the Software Licence Agreement entered between Pragmatic Play and the Operator. Any capitalized terms contained herein which are not defined shall have the same meaning used in the iGaming/gambling industry.

General Terms and Conditions

3. This Network Promotion is operated by Pragmatic Play. The prize pool is shared across the network which opt in to this Network Promotion.

4. The Network Promotion includes daily prize drops (as described below) and/or one-day tournaments (as described below) (collectively or individually referred to as the “Promotional Mechanics”), which will be held weekly exclusively on the selected game shows (the “Participating Game(s)*”) for the duration of the Network Promotion Term, as follows:

Between 16th of October 2024 and 8th of January 2025, the Promotion will run exclusively on Mega Roulette (the “Participating Game” for the selected dates) and will include:A total of seventy-two (72) daily prize drops (each a “Mega Roulette Prize Drop”), with each Mega Roulette Prize Drop running from every Wednesday at 19:01 CEST/CET to the following Wednesday at 18:59 CEST/CET, except on Fridays during the Promotional Term when the Friday Mega Tournament is scheduled.

6. A total of twelve (12) one-day tournaments (each a “Friday Mega Tournament”), with each Friday Mega Tournament running from every Friday at 19:01 CEST/CET to the following Saturday at 18:59 CEST/CET during the Promotional Term.

7. *The Promotional Mechanics may be subject to change during the Promotion Term at Pragmatic Play’s sole discretion. Any such changes will be communicated to the Operators one (1) month before implementation.

9. During the Promotion Term, each prize drop and/or tournament will be referred individually as a promotion (“Promotion”).

10. To participate in any Promotion, players must open the Participating Game and join/opt in.

11. The total expected prize pool for the entire Network Promotion is four million one hundred and sixty thousand Euros/British Pounds Sterling (€/£ 4,160,000).

12. For the avoidance of doubt, any undistributed portion of the prize pool at the end of any specific Promotion shall be carried forward into subsequent stages or into the next Network Promotion.

13. The Network Promotion prizes may be won by players in the form of fixed cash amounts as set out in the respective prize table further below.

14. All prizes won during the Network Promotion Term will be paid out as a fixed cash amount prizes with no wagering requirements.

Mechanics

a) In order to be eligible to participate in a Promotion, a player is required to place a real money bet with a minimum of twenty Euro cents (€0.20)* or the equivalent amount in the available currency on the participating game(s) is required (hereinafter a “Qualifying Bet”). Exceptions may apply to Argentina, where the minimum bet requirement is the equivalent of eighteen Euro cents (€0.18).Only the first three hundred and fifty (350) Qualifying Bets within each Promotion (the “Qualifying Bets Limit”) will be counted towards each Promotion. All Qualifying Bets placed after reaching the Qualifying Bets Limit will not be counted towards each Promotion.

*Exceptions may apply to the Qualifying Bets Limit throughout the Promotion Term. Such exception is applied to Mega Roulette Madness, where only the first one hundred (100) Qualifying Bets within each Promotion will be counted towards the Qualifying Bets Limit. All Qualifying Bets placed after reaching the Qualifying Bets Limit will not be counted towards each Promotion.

b) The Promotion rules and prize tables are built in the Participating Game. The prize table updates in real-time showing the current standings as well as the number of prizes left.

c) Prizes will be paid out as per the ‘Prizes’ tab found in each of the Participating Game.

d) Prizes are paid out in the form of fixed cash amounts.

e) Players may win prizes during the Network Promotion Term according to the mechanics described below:

Mega Roulette Madness

Mega Roulette Prize Drops Mechanics:

15.To qualify in a Mega Roulette Prize Drop, a player must place a Qualifying Bet in the Participating Game.

16. One (1) Qualifying Bet may trigger one (1) prize from the prize pool during each Promotion.

17. A player may win multiple random prize drops during each Mega Roulette Prize Drop.

18. The random Mega Roulette Prize Drops rules and prize tables are built in the participating game. The Prize Drops prize table updates in real-time showing the current standings as well as the number of prizes left.

19. The Mega Roulette Prize Drops will end daily upon the earlier of: (i) 18:59 CEST/CET or (ii) when there are no more prizes left during the selected promotional dates.

20. How players may participate in a Mega Roulette Prize Drop:

21. A player must join or opt-in to the Mega Roulette Prize Drop and must place a Qualifying Bet on the Participating Game.

22. Any Qualifying Bet placed on any of the participating games may trigger one (1) random prize from the prize pool during a Mega Roulette Prize Drop period.

23. A player may win multiple random prize drops during each Promotion Day.

Friday Mega Tournament Mechanics:

24. To qualify in a Friday Mega Tournament, a player must place a Qualifying Bet on the Participating Game.

25. Prizes will be distributed to winners according to their final position in the leaderboard, when each Friday Mega Tournament ends, in descending order from highest to lowest position depending on the player’s total score.

26. The leaderboard is ranked in accordance with the player’s score. The score is based on the total amount of points accumulated on the Participating Game as the sum of all win multipliers relative to their bet amount during a Friday Mega Tournament period.

Score calculation example for illustrative purposes only:

Score = ((WinUSD conversion) / (betUSD conversion))

Player places a bet of €1 and wins €50 => Score = ((€50 * 1.08) / (€1 *1.08)) = 50

Player places a bet of €5 and wins €1,000 => Score = ((€1,000 * 1.08) / (€5 * 1.08)) = 200

Player final score will be 200 + 50 = 250

27. The leaderboard is updated in real-time, and players can view the real-time leaderboard in-game at any time of their own choosing when playing the participating games.

28. In the event that two (2) or more players finish a Daily Tournament in the same position on the leaderboard, the player who has achieved the score first, will receive the higher prize.

How players may participate in a Friday Mega Tournament:

29. A player must join/opt-in to the Participating Game.

30. To qualify in a Daily Tournament, a player must place a real money bet with at least the required Qualifying Bet amount in any of the available currencies on the Participating Game.

31. A player will rank on the leaderboard based on the total amount of points accumulated on the Participating Game as the sum of all wins multipliers relative to their bet amount during a Friday Mega Tournament period.

32. The prizes will be distributed to players based on the final score shown on the in-game leaderboard by the end of each Friday Mega Tournament.

33. The leaderboard is built in the participating game/s and updates in real-time. Each player will see his/her progress listed as “You” among the other players’ Tournament IDs.

NETWORK PROMOTION TERM: Including Mega Roulette Prize Drops and Friday Mega Tournaments:

34. To be eligible to participate in the Mega Roulette Prize Drops and Friday Mega Tournaments, a player shall be required to place a Qualifying Bet according to the following terms and conditions: All bets placed before the maximum number of bets is reached and satisfy the required minimum bet or the equivalent amount in the available currencies on the participating game(s), will be eligible in the Mega Roulette Prize Drops and Friday Mega Tournaments. A Qualifying Bet shall render a player eligible for both applicable Friday Mega Tournaments and Mega Roulette Prize Drops simultaneously.

35. Any Qualifying Bet placed on any of the participating games may trigger one (1) random prize from the prize pool during a Mega Roulette Prize Drop period.

General Terms & Conditions

B.1 In the event of any dispute regarding these promotional terms and conditions; the administration, conduct or results of the Promotion; and/or any other matters relating to the Promotion, the decision of kwiff shall be final, if you disagree with said decision or have any complaints, you can reach out to us through our Customer Service team or alternatively, we are also affiliated with the Alternative Dispute Resolution entity eCogra. Refer to the Complaints procedure for more information on complaints and disputes.

B.2 Failure to comply with these promotional terms and conditions may result in your disqualification from the Promotion and/or account closure.

B.3 Duplicate accounts will not qualify for this Promotion. Kwiff may determine at its sole discretion whether it believes different entries or accounts are connected to the same person, using whatever methods it deems appropriate.

B.4 All withdrawals are subject to audit by kwiff. We reserve the right to reclaim any bonus and/or cash reward and/or any winnings, and/or close an account, in a situation of obvious abuse or fraud.

B.5 The Promotion is limited to one entry per person, meaning we monitor one per family, household address, email address, IP address, telephone number, same payment account number (e.g. debit card), and shared computer (e.g. public library or workplace).

B.6 We reserve the right to withhold or cancel payments and any winnings generated where:

Participants, whether individually or acting in a group, are found to be in breach of these terms and conditions;
A customer is found to have multiple accounts;
A customer is self-excluded on any accounts they hold with kwiff;
Kwiff, at its sole discretion has reason to believe that the Promotion has been abused, manipulated, or that irregular (e.g influence betting, syndicate betting, etc.), fraudulent, collusive or illegal activity has occurred. (See item J.6.2 of our T&C’s for further information on abuse of promotions and bonuses).

B.7 In the event of any breach of these terms and conditions or a participant being ineligible to participate in the Promotion, kwiff reserves the right to take such action as it deems appropriate and in its absolute discretion, including but not limited to account closures; disqualifications from the promotion; reclamation of bonuses, cash rewards, winnings or prizes granted; refusing all future promotions; withholding associated winnings; and/or voiding associated stakes.

B.8 Events may occur that result in kwiff extending, refusing, reclaiming, cancelling, terminating, modifying or suspending the Promotion, these terms and conditions and/or the awarding of prize(s), bonuses or cash rewards at any point and for any reason. These may be due to a third party’s illegal activity, technical difficulties and/or any other reasons beyond the control of kwiff and accordingly the entrant agrees that kwiff shall have no liability as a result thereof. Free bets once voided will have no stake returned. We shall endeavour to supply an alternative Surprise Bet of the same value, should a surprise bet be voided. Where existing participants are affected, they shall be informed in advance and can opt-out with only their eligible redeemable cash balance being available.”

B.9 Kwiff disclaims any liability for inaccurate information or payouts, whether caused by the website, users of the Platform, equipment used in the Promotion, or by human or technical errors related to the Promotion. Kwiff does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failure of any kind, which may affect the sending, receipt or processing of your entry or qualification for the Promotion. Kwiff will not be responsible for any postponement or cancellation of the Promotion to the extent such occurs for reasons beyond kwiff’s reasonable control.

B.10 Kwiff may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for verification documents such as passport or ID to verify your identity, age and residency to fulfil ongoing regulatory obligations and limit fraud. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes or rewards that have been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.

B.11 Employees of kwiff (or their families or households), or any group company of kwiff, companies associated with kwiff and all affiliates of such companies, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. Kwiff reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.

B.12 kwiff reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so as a result of an exceptional event or any circumstances beyond our control. Customers who qualified prior to any change will be honoured with the reward or where not possible, with a reward of equal value or greater.

B.13 The promoter of this Promotion in UK and Ireland is kwiff Limited, registered in Malta under the number C77623 and having its registered office at Triq Il-Wied Ta’ L-Msida, Msida, MSD9023, Malta. For players not in the UK or Ireland the service is operated by Worldwide Gaming Limited, a company registered in Isle of Man with registration number 017900V having its registered office at Second Floor, 18-20 North Quay, Douglas, Isle of Man.

B.14 Kwiff Terms And Conditions and Betting Rules apply. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these promotion terms and conditions and the kwiff Terms of Conditions and/or Betting Rules, they shall prevail in the following order: (a) Terms of Conditions, (b) Betting Rules, (c) these promotion terms and conditions.
