Hallowins – Pragmatic Network Terms & Conditions

Pragmatic Play’s “Pragmatic Hallowins” promotion (the “Promotion”) comprises of seven (7) prize drops (each a “Pragmatic Hallowins Prize Drop”) which shall run daily during the Promotion Term, as follows:

1. The first daily Pragmatic Hallowins Prize Drop will start on Monday, 28^th of October 2024 at 10:01 CEST/CET and will end upon the earlier of: (i) Monday, 28^th of October at 23:59 CEST/CET; or (ii) when there are no more prizes left.

2. Every other daily Pragmatic Hallowins Prize Drop will start daily at 00:01 CEST/CET and will end upon the earlier of: (i) 23:59 CEST/CET; or (ii) when there are no more prizes left during the Promotion Term.

• In order to participate in a Pragmatic Hallowins Prize Drop, a player must open any of the participating games and join/opt-in.

4. In order to be eligible to participate in the Promotion, a player is required to play a real money spin with any bet amount/stake (hereinafter a “Qualifying Bet”).

5. A Qualifying Bet shall render a player eligible for the running ‘Pragmatic Hallowins’ Prize Drop promotion.

6. There is no additional cost to participate in the Promotion.

7. Expected total prize pool for the whole Promotion is £700,000 in the form of a multiplier of the winning bet and/or Instant Bonus (as defined below), where the winnings will be paid in cash.

8. Prizes will be awarded to players as per the ‘Prizes’ tab available in any of the participating games or in the table below in these Terms and Conditions.

9. All amounts are displayed in-game and paid out to players in the Player’s Currency (where “Player’s Currency” means the currency of the territory in which the player is located).

10. Prizes in the Pragmatic Hallowins Prize Drops will be awarded to players in the form of a multiplier of the winning bet and/or Instant Bonus (as defined below), as set out in the ‘Pragmatic Hallowins Prize Drops’ Prize Table.

11. If the winning spin bet amount exceeds £3, the prize will be paid out based on a bet of £3 or the equivalent amount in the available currencies multiplied (X) by the multiplier received.

12. Instant bonuses (the “Instant Bonus/es”) may be awarded to a player in any of the participating games. In the event that a player receives an Instant Bonus during a Pragmatic Hallowins Prize Drop, the player will be granted a direct free entry into the bonus mode of Vampy Party (the selected participating game*) based on the same bet amount as the winning bet.

13. The Instant Bonus winnings have no wagering requirements once awarded to the player.

14. If the bet amount of the Instant Bonus winning spin exceeds £1 or the equivalent amount in the available currencies, the Instant Bonus will be paid out based on a bet of £1 or the equivalent amount in the available currencies.

15. If the participating game does not have £1 bet available, the Instant Bonus will be paid out at the next available higher bet in the participating game.

16. The Instant Bonus prizes won in a Pragmatic Hallowins Prize Drop will be awarded to winners on the same day that the Instant Bonus has been won.

17. The Instant Bonus prizes will be valid for seven (7) days from the time they have been awarded to the player. The Instant Bonus will expire if not utilised within 7 days from being awarded to the player.

18. Pragmatic Play reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion to change the game in which the Instant Bonus prizes will be awarded to players.

19. The Pragmatic Hallowins Prize Drop rules are built into the participating games.

20. The Pragmatic Hallowins Prize Drops prize table updates in real-time showing the current standings as well as the number of prizes left.

21. A player may win a maximum of three (3) prizes during each Pragmatic Hallowins Prize Drop.

22. All prizes won during the Promotion Term must be paid out as fixed cash amount prizes with no wagering requirements.

23. A portion of undistributed funds from the Drops & Wins Network promotion will be awarded to players in this Promotion.

24. Pragmatic Play reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion, including any related terms and conditions, at any time. Any such amendment will not affect players that have opted-in unless the amendment is required to manage/prevent fraud and other unlawful behaviour.

25. Pragmatic Play reserves the right to review players’ activities to identify any potential abuse. If such a review reveals abusive or unlawful behaviour, Pragmatic Play may forfeit winnings and restrict the player’s participation in future promotions. Additionally, Pragmatic Play and Kwiff may take legal action to maintain the fairness of the Promotion for all participants.

General Terms & Conditions

B.1 In the event of any dispute regarding these promotional terms and conditions; the administration, conduct or results of the Promotion; and/or any other matters relating to the Promotion, the decision of kwiff shall be final, if you disagree with said decision or have any complaints, you can reach out to us through our Customer Service team or alternatively, we are also affiliated with the Alternative Dispute Resolution entity eCogra. Refer to the Complaints procedure for more information on complaints and disputes.

B.2 Failure to comply with these promotional terms and conditions may result in your disqualification from the Promotion and/or account closure.

B.3 Duplicate accounts will not qualify for this Promotion. Kwiff may determine at its sole discretion whether it believes different entries or accounts are connected to the same person, using whatever methods it deems appropriate.

B.4 All withdrawals are subject to audit by kwiff. We reserve the right to reclaim any bonus and/or cash reward and/or any winnings, and/or close an account, in a situation of obvious abuse or fraud.

B.5 The Promotion is limited to one entry per person, meaning we monitor one per family, household address, email address, IP address, telephone number, same payment account number (e.g. debit card), and shared computer (e.g. public library or workplace).

B.6 We reserve the right to withhold or cancel payments and any winnings generated where:

Participants, whether individually or acting in a group, are found to be in breach of these terms and conditions;
A customer is found to have multiple accounts;
A customer is self-excluded on any accounts they hold with kwiff;
Kwiff, at its sole discretion has reason to believe that the Promotion has been abused, manipulated, or that irregular (e.g influence betting, syndicate betting, etc.), fraudulent, collusive or illegal activity has occurred. (See item J.6.2 of our T&C’s for further information on abuse of promotions and bonuses).

B.7 In the event of any breach of these terms and conditions or a participant being ineligible to participate in the Promotion, kwiff reserves the right to take such action as it deems appropriate and in its absolute discretion, including but not limited to account closures; disqualifications from the promotion; reclamation of bonuses, cash rewards, winnings or prizes granted; refusing all future promotions; withholding associated winnings; and/or voiding associated stakes.

B.8 Events may occur that result in kwiff extending, refusing, reclaiming, cancelling, terminating, modifying or suspending the Promotion, these terms and conditions and/or the awarding of prize(s), bonuses or cash rewards at any point and for any reason. These may be due to a third party’s illegal activity, technical difficulties and/or any other reasons beyond the control of kwiff and accordingly the entrant agrees that kwiff shall have no liability as a result thereof. Free bets once voided will have no stake returned. We shall endeavour to supply an alternative Surprise Bet of the same value, should a surprise bet be voided. Where existing participants are affected, they shall be informed in advance and can opt-out with only their eligible redeemable cash balance being available.”

B.9 Kwiff disclaims any liability for inaccurate information or payouts, whether caused by the website, users of the Platform, equipment used in the Promotion, or by human or technical errors related to the Promotion. Kwiff does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failure of any kind, which may affect the sending, receipt or processing of your entry or qualification for the Promotion. Kwiff will not be responsible for any postponement or cancellation of the Promotion to the extent such occurs for reasons beyond kwiff’s reasonable control.

B.10 Kwiff may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for verification documents such as passport or ID to verify your identity, age and residency to fulfil ongoing regulatory obligations and limit fraud. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes or rewards that have been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.

B.11 Employees of kwiff (or their families or households), or any group company of kwiff, companies associated with kwiff and all affiliates of such companies, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. Kwiff reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.

B.12 kwiff reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so as a result of an exceptional event or any circumstances beyond our control. Customers who qualified prior to any change will be honoured with the reward or where not possible, with a reward of equal value or greater.

B.13 The promoter of this Promotion in UK and Ireland is kwiff Limited, registered in Malta under the number C77623 and having its registered office at Triq Il-Wied Ta’ L-Msida, Msida, MSD9023, Malta. For players not in the UK or Ireland the service is operated by Worldwide Gaming Limited, a company registered in Isle of Man with registration number 017900V having its registered office at Second Floor, 18-20 North Quay, Douglas, Isle of Man.

B.14 Kwiff Terms And Conditions and Betting Rules apply. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these promotion terms and conditions and the kwiff Terms of Conditions and/or Betting Rules, they shall prevail in the following order: (a) Terms of Conditions, (b) Betting Rules, (c) these promotion terms and conditions.
