Drops and Wins Slots – Terms & Conditions

The following is a list of terms and conditions for participation in Pragmatic Play’s ‘Drops & Wins’ Network Promotion (the “Network Promotion”) by Pragmatic Play’s operators (the “Operators”), whether offered directly or through a platform provider. The Network Promotion shall run from 5th March 2025 to 4th June 2025 (the “Network Promotion Term”) as a global promotion for Pragmatic Play network and games.

By participating in the Network Promotion, you hereby agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Moreover, these terms and conditions shall be subject to and be read in conjunction with the terms and conditions set out in the Software License Agreement entered between Pragmatic Play and the operator.

Any capitalized terms contained herein which are not defined shall have the same meaning used in the iGaming/gambling industry.

Drops & Wins – General terms and conditions:

• This Network Promotion is operated by Pragmatic Play. The prize pool is shared across the network of operators who opt in for this Network Promotion.

• The Network Promotion includes 91 daily tournaments (each a “Daily Tournament”) and a total of 91 daily prize drops (each a “Daily Prize Drop”) which will run weekly throughout the Network Promotion Term.

• To participate in any Daily Tournament or Daily Prize Drop in the Network Promotion, players must open any of the participating games and join/opt-in.

• The total expected prize pool for the entire Network Promotion is twenty-five million four hundred and eighty thousand Euros/British Pounds Sterling (€/£ 6,370,000).

• The Network Promotion prizes may be won by players in the form of a fixed cash amount, multiplier amount, Instant Bonus and/or Free Spins Bonus (as defined below):

• Players participating in a Daily Tournament may win prizes in the form of fixed cash amounts as set out in the Daily Tournaments Prize Table provided further below in these terms.

• Players participating in a Daily Prize Drop may win prizes in the form of a multiplier of the winning player’s bet amount, Instant Bonus and/or Free Spins Bonus as set out in the Daily Prize Drop Prize Table provided further below in these terms.

• If the winning spin exceeds one Euro/British Pound Sterling (€/£ 1), the prize will be paid out based on a bet of one Euro/British Pound Sterling (€/£ 1) or the equivalent amount in the available currencies X multiplier received.

• Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Free Spins Bonus prizes and/or Instant Bonus prizes won during a Daily Prize Drop are excluded from multiplier prize mechanics.

• Free spins bonuses (the “Free Spins Bonus/es”) may be awarded to a player in the form of ten (10) and/or five (5) Free Spins Bonuses for the same participating game in which the player won the prize.

• Instant bonuses (the “Instant Bonus/es”) may be awarded to a player for the selected participating game* for the same bet as the winning bet.

• Once awarded to the player, the Free Spins Bonuses and Instant Bonus winnings have no wagering requirements.

• If the bet amount in the Free Spins Bonus and or Instant Bonus winning spin exceeds one Euro/British Pound Sterling (€/£ 1) or the equivalent amount in the available currencies, the Free Spins Bonus and/or Instant Bonus will be paid out based on a bet of one Euro/British Pound Sterling (€/£ 1) or the equivalent amount in the available currencies.

• If the participating game does not have one Euro/British Pound Sterling (€/£ 1) bet available, the Free Spins Bonus and/or Instant Bonus will be paid out on the next available higher bet in the participating game.

• The Free Spins Bonus and/or Instant Bonus prizes won in a Daily Prize Drop will be awarded to winners on the same day that the Free Spins Bonus and/Instant Bonus have been won.

•The Free Spins Bonus and/or Instant Bonus prizes will be valid for seven (7) days from the time they have been awarded to the player.

• All prizes won during the Network Promotion Term must be paid out as fixed cash amount prizes with
no wagering requirements. *Pragmatic Play reserves the right to select and change the game where the Instant Bonus prizes will be
awarded to players every four (4) weeks at its sole discretion. The selected game title will be
communicated to Operators one (1) month prior to the beginning of each new promotional month.

MECHANICS:

Daily Prize Drops:

• The Network Promotion includes three hundred and sixty-four (364) Daily Prize Drops (each a “Daily Prize Drop Day”).

• In order to be eligible to participate in a Daily Prize Drop, a player is required to play a real money spin with no minimum bet amount/stake requirement (hereinafter a “Qualifying Bet”).

• One (1) Qualifying Bet may trigger one (1) prize from the prize pool during each promotion.

• The random Daily Prize Drop rules and prize tables are built in the participating games. The prize table updates in real-time showing the current standings as well as the number of prizes left.

• Prizes will be paid out as per the ‘Prizes’ tab found in each of the participating games.

• Prizes are paid out as the multiplier of the winning player’s bet amount excluding Free Spins Bonus prizes and/or Instant Bonus prizes.

• A player may win multiple Daily Prize Drops each Daily Prize Drop Day.

• The Daily Prize Drop will end daily upon the earlier of: (i) 18:59 CEST/CET or (ii) when there are no more prizes left.
How players may participate in a Daily Prize Drop:

1. A player must join/opt-in to any of the participating games.
2. A player must spin at least one (1) real money spin on any of the participating games.
3. Any Qualifying Bet placed on any of the participating games may trigger one (1) random prize from the prize pool during a Daily Prize Drop period.

Daily Tournaments:

• The Network Promotion includes three hundred and sixty-four (364) Daily Tournaments (each a “Daily Tournament Day”).

• In order for players to be eligible to participate in a Daily Tournament, a real money minimum bet of five Euro cents (€0.05)*, five British Pound Sterling pence (£0.05), five United States Dollars cents ($0.05) or the equivalent amount to four Euro cents (€0.04)* in the available currency on the participating game(s) is required (hereinafter a “Qualifying Bet”).

• *Exceptions may apply to South Africa, Lesotho, and Eswatini, where the minimum bet requirement is the equivalent of two Euro cents (€0.02). In Brazil and Colombia the minimum bet requirement is the equivalent of three Euro cents (€0.03).

• Only the first five thousand (5,000) Qualifying Bets per day within each Daily Tournament (the “Qualifying Bets Limit”) will be eligible and counted towards each Promotion. All Qualifying Bets placed after reaching the Qualifying Bets Limit will not be counted towards each Promotion.

• Prizes will be distributed to winners according to their position in the leaderboard, when each Daily Tournament ends, in descending order from highest to lowest position depending on the player’s total score.

• The leaderboard is ranked in accordance with the player’s score. The score is based on the total amount of points accumulated on any participating game as a total sum of all wins multiplier in relation to their bet amount during a Daily Tournament period.

Score calculation example for illustrative purposes only:
Player places a bet of €1 and wins €50 => Score = ((€50 * 1.08) / (€1 *1.08)) = 50
Player places a bet of €5 and wins €1,000 => Score = ((€1000 * 1.08) / (€5 * 1.08)) = 200
Player final score will be 200 + 50 = 250

• The leaderboard is updated in real-time, and players can view the real-time leaderboard in-game at any time of their own choosing when playing the participating games.

• In the event that two (2) or more players finish a Daily Tournament in the same position on the leaderboard, the player who has achieved the score first will receive the higher prize.

• Prizes are paid out to players as a fixed amount.

How players may participate in a Daily Tournament:

1. A player must join/opt-in to any of the participating games.
2. To qualify in a Daily Tournament, a player must place a real money bet with the required minimum bet in any of the available currencies on any of the participating game(s).
3. A player will place on the leaderboard based on the total amount of points accumulated on any participating game as the total sum of all wins multiplier in relation to their bet amount during a Daily Tournament period.
4. The prizes will be distributed to players based on the final score shown on the in-game leaderboard by the end of each Daily Tournament.
5. The leaderboard is built in the participating game/s and updates in real-time. Each player will see
his/her progress listed as “You” among the other players’ Tournament IDs.

NETWORK PROMOTION TERM: Including Daily Tournaments and Daily Prize Drops:

• To be eligible to participate in the Daily Tournaments and Daily Prize Drops, a player shall be required to place a Qualifying Bet under the following conditions:

• All spins with any real money bet on the participating game(s) will be considered as a Qualifying Bet and will take part in Daily Prize Drops.
• All spins placed before the maximum amount of bets is reached and satisfy the required minimum bet or the equivalent amount in the available currencies on the participating game(s) will be eligible in the Daily Tournaments.
• A Qualifying Bet shall render a player eligible for both applicable Daily Tournaments and Daily Prize Drops simultaneously.
• Any Qualifying Bet placed on any of the participating games may trigger one (1) random prize from the prize pool during a Daily Prize Drop period.

Participating games:

A list of all participating games in the Network Promotion will be available one (1) month prior to the beginning of each new promotional month in our Client Hub for the duration of the Network Term.

A. DAILY PRIZE DROPS

•Win criteria: Any real money spin in the participating games may trigger a random cash prize.

•Prizes: Expected weekly prize pool of two hundred and ten thousand Euros/British Pounds Sterling (€/£ 210,000) in total, an expected daily prize pool of thirty thousand Euros/British Pounds Sterling (€/£ 30,000) across six thousand and five hundred (6,500) prizes in the form of X bet multiplier, Free Spins Bonus and Instant Bonus.

B. DAILY TOURNAMENTS

• Win criteria: Players will be awarded points based on the sum of their win multipliers in relation to the bet amount.

•Prizes: Expected weekly prize pool of two hundred and eighty thousand Euros/British Pounds Sterling (€/£ 280,000) in total, an expected daily prize pool of forty thousand Euros/British Pounds Sterling (€/£ 40,000) across three thousand and five hundred (3,500) cash prizes.

GENERAL RULES:
• Opt-in is required for both operators and players. Players are required to join/opt into a game.

• In order to take part in the Network Promotion, Operators must opt-in during the Network Promotion Term.

• In order to qualify for the Network Promotion, at least one (1) banner with the main logo “Drops & Wins” must be placed on the Operators’ site(s), and the “Drops & Wins” logo is to be added to the participating games including the creation of a dedicated section for “Drops & Wins” in prominent lobby placements.

• The “Drops & Wins” logo or name and/or any other Pragmatic Play marketing material shall not be changed, altered, or modified in any way unless expressly authorised in writing by Pragmatic Play.

• Components of the dedicated Network Promotion promo pack must be used on the Operators’ site(s), in newsletters and in other media including social media platforms.

• Where applicable, it shall be the responsibility of the platform provider to ensure all Operators opt into the Network Promotion. Pragmatic Play will be held harmless for the failure of the Operator to opt into the Network Promotion.

• Any and all prizes will be granted pursuant to these terms and conditions, which Pragmatic Play may, at its discretion, amend at any time.

• Pragmatic Play shall pay out an estimated twenty-five million four hundred and eighty thousand Euros/British Pounds Sterling (€/£ 25,480,000) for the Network Promotion in aggregate during the Network Promotion Term. This estimate may vary due to the Daily Prize Drops promotional mechanics.

• Any non-fixed prizes such as the Daily Prize Drop prizes which are won in excess of the twenty-five million four hundred and eighty thousand Euros/British Pounds Sterling (€/£ 25,480,000) shall be paid out on the last month of the Network Promotion Term.

• It is the responsibility of the Operator to ensure that the prize promotion is conducted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the Network Promotion is offered.

• It is the responsibility of the Operator to ensure that Pragmatic Play’s products and services comply with the applicable laws of the countries in which the participating game is offered to players.

• The following in-game tool languages are available: Arabic, Armenian, Bulgarian, Chinese, Croatian, Czech, Dutch, English, Estonian, Finnish, French, Georgian, German, Greek, Hungarian, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, Malaysian, Norwegian, Persian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Slovak, Spanish, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian, and Vietnamese.

• In-game tool currency: Pragmatic Play’s games support all currencies included in the standard currency system ISO 4217 (“Available Currency”).

• The currency conversion rates of in-game prize tables may be updated at Pragmatic Play’s sole and absolute discretion.

• The minimum bet currency equivalent is to be found in a separate document available in the dedicated Drops & Wins section called “Drops & Wins Conversion rates”. If the currency-locked value is unavailable, the minimum bet will be rounded up to the next higher available bet size in the participating game. The Drops & Wins Conversion rates may be updated at Pragmatic Play’s sole and absolute discretion.

• The equivalent currency conversion rates are found in a separate document available in the dedicated Drops & Wins section called “Drops & Wins Conversion rates”. If the currency-locked value is unavailable, then a system conversion rate locked in for the period of a Daily Prize Drop and Daily Tournament will be used instead. The Drops & Wins Conversion rates may be updated at Pragmatic Play’s sole and absolute discretion.

• The payment of cash prizes must not be conditioned on any wagering requirements. Players shall be able to withdraw prizes immediately should they elect to do so.

• Prize pay-outs may either be provided manually or automatically. This would be dependent on the operator’s method of integration.

• The Operator which has manual pay-out of the prizes, shall pay out the winnings of the fixed cash amount and multiplier amount prizes manually.

• The Operator which has automatic pay-out of the prizes, will have the winnings of the fixed cash amount and multiplier amount prizes paid out automatically to the player’s cash balance.

• Prizes/wins may be subjected to additional verification processes as may be required by Pragmatic Play.

• Each Operator with a winning player(s) must inform the winning player of the prize and shall credit the cash prize to the winning player’s account within seventy-two (72) hours following the end of the relevant Daily Tournament or Daily Prize Drop.

• Pragmatic Play will reimburse all Operators for any amounts paid to winning players who opt for cash prizes by deducting such amounts from the relevant Operator’s invoice. Pragmatic Play will deduct any amounts for cash prizes according to the conversion of such amounts into EUR currency.

• For the avoidance of doubt, any undistributed portion of the prize pool at the end of any specific Daily Prize Drop and/or Daily Tournament shall be carried forward to subsequent stages or to the next Network Promotion.

• Any players located in Italy, Sweden, Lithuania, Denmark, Latvia and Portugal shall be excluded from participating in the Network Promotion.

• If the terms & conditions have been translated into various languages these reflect the same principles. However, in case of any discrepancies between the different language versions, the English version shall prevail.

• Pragmatic Play reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Network Promotion, Daily Tournaments and/or Daily Prize Drops, including any related terms and conditions, at any time. Any such amendment will not affect players that have opted-in unless the amendment is required to manage/prevent fraud and other unlawful behaviour.

General Terms & Conditions

B.1 In the event of any dispute regarding these promotional terms and conditions; the administration, conduct or results of the Promotion; and/or any other matters relating to the Promotion, the decision of kwiff shall be final, if you disagree with said decision or have any complaints, you can reach out to us through our Customer Service team or alternatively, we are also affiliated with the Alternative Dispute Resolution entity eCogra. Refer to the Complaints procedure for more information on complaints and disputes.

B.2 Failure to comply with these promotional terms and conditions may result in your disqualification from the Promotion and/or account closure.

B.3 Duplicate accounts will not qualify for this Promotion. Kwiff may determine at its sole discretion whether it believes different entries or accounts are connected to the same person, using whatever methods it deems appropriate.

B.4 All withdrawals are subject to audit by kwiff. We reserve the right to reclaim any bonus and/or cash reward and/or any winnings, and/or close an account, in a situation of obvious abuse or fraud.

B.5 The Promotion is limited to one entry per person, meaning we monitor one per family, household address, email address, IP address, telephone number, same payment account number (e.g. debit card), and shared computer (e.g. public library or workplace).

B.6 We reserve the right to withhold or cancel payments and any winnings generated where:

Participants, whether individually or acting in a group, are found to be in breach of these terms and conditions;
A customer is found to have multiple accounts;
A customer is self-excluded on any accounts they hold with kwiff;
Kwiff, at its sole discretion has reason to believe that the Promotion has been abused, manipulated, or that irregular (e.g influence betting, syndicate betting, etc.), fraudulent, collusive or illegal activity has occurred. (See item J.6.2 of our T&C’s for further information on abuse of promotions and bonuses).

B.7 In the event of any breach of these terms and conditions or a participant being ineligible to participate in the Promotion, kwiff reserves the right to take such action as it deems appropriate and in its absolute discretion, including but not limited to account closures; disqualifications from the promotion; reclamation of bonuses, cash rewards, winnings or prizes granted; refusing all future promotions; withholding associated winnings; and/or voiding associated stakes.

B.8 Events may occur that result in kwiff extending, refusing, reclaiming, cancelling, terminating, modifying or suspending the Promotion, these terms and conditions and/or the awarding of prize(s), bonuses or cash rewards at any point and for any reason. These may be due to a third party’s illegal activity, technical difficulties and/or any other reasons beyond the control of kwiff and accordingly the entrant agrees that kwiff shall have no liability as a result thereof. Free bets once voided will have no stake returned. We shall endeavour to supply an alternative Surprise Bet of the same value, should a surprise bet be voided. Where existing participants are affected, they shall be informed in advance and can opt-out with only their eligible redeemable cash balance being available.”

B.9 Kwiff disclaims any liability for inaccurate information or payouts, whether caused by the website, users of the Platform, equipment used in the Promotion, or by human or technical errors related to the Promotion. Kwiff does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failure of any kind, which may affect the sending, receipt or processing of your entry or qualification for the Promotion. Kwiff will not be responsible for any postponement or cancellation of the Promotion to the extent such occurs for reasons beyond kwiff’s reasonable control.

B.10 Kwiff may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for verification documents such as passport or ID to verify your identity, age and residency to fulfil ongoing regulatory obligations and limit fraud. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes or rewards that have been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.

B.11 Employees of kwiff (or their families or households), or any group company of kwiff, companies associated with kwiff and all affiliates of such companies, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. Kwiff reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.

B.12 kwiff reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so as a result of an exceptional event or any circumstances beyond our control. Customers who qualified prior to any change will be honoured with the reward or where not possible, with a reward of equal value or greater.

B.13 The promoter of this Promotion in UK and Ireland is kwiff Limited, registered in Malta under the number C77623 and having its registered office at Triq Il-Wied Ta’ L-Msida, Msida, MSD9023, Malta. For players not in the UK or Ireland the service is operated by Worldwide Gaming Limited, a company registered in Isle of Man with registration number 017900V having its registered office at Second Floor, 18-20 North Quay, Douglas, Isle of Man.

B.14 Kwiff Terms And Conditions and Betting Rules apply. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these promotion terms and conditions and the kwiff Terms of Conditions and/or Betting Rules, they shall prevail in the following order: (a) Terms of Conditions, (b) Betting Rules, (c) these promotion terms and conditions.
