Crown the Champions – Terms & Conditions

“Crown the Champions” Prize Pool (the “Promotion”) is offered to you by kwiff Limited (“kwiff”, “we” or “us”) in partnership with Pragmatic Play. By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which apply in conjunction with the kwiff Terms and Conditions and Betting Rules.

A.1 The “Crown the Champions” Prize Pool promotion runs from 10th July 2026 at 10:01 GMT and ends on 19th July 2026 at 23:59 GMT (the “Promotion Period”). This is a network promotion operated by Pragmatic Play (the “Network”) and prize pools are shared across different operators.

A.3 By opting in for the Crown the Champions Prize Pool, you hereby agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Once opted in, you will qualify for the entire promotion.

A.4 This Promotion is available exclusively to customers aged 18+ residing in the UK.

A.5 To qualify for a prize, you must play real-money bets on any Participating Game with a minimum bet of £0.50 (“Qualifying Bet”). If the minimum bet amount of £0.50 is not available in a game, the next higher available bet stake will be considered as a Qualifying Bet.

A.6 Prizes are awarded randomly on any Qualifying Bet. Each Qualifying Bet can trigger only one (1) prize at a time.

A.7 Each player can win a maximum of two (2) prizes during the Crown the Champions Prize Pool.

A.8 Prizes are awarded as predetermined multipliers of your winning bet stake ([multiplier received multiplied by (x) bet stake], where the bet stake cannot exceed £5 for prize payout), with no wagering or withdrawal restrictions, or as Free Chips (as detailed in A.10 to A.15), which are subject to play-through requirements and a capped winnings amount.

A.9 All prize types and quantities are displayed within the “Prizes” section of the promotional menu available in-game, which is accessible at any time during the Crown the Champions Prize Pool period.

A.10 Free Chips prizes (“Free Chips”) are awarded as twenty (20) or fifty (50) Free Chips, each with a value of £0.50 for bet per spot. The maximum winnings obtainable from a Free Chips prize are capped at £100.

A.11 You can place a maximum of ten (10) Free Chips during a game round. Free Chips and real money bets cannot be mixed within the same game round.

A.12 Free Chips must be claimed and used within seven (7) days from the time they are awarded. Free Chips can be claimed and used in any of the Participating Games. If Free Chips are not claimed within the seven (7) day period, the prize will expire.

A.13 Free Chips become available for play instantly once awarded, save for any delay caused by a technical issue as set out in A.24. If Free Chips do not appear immediately, please refresh the game.

A.14 Winnings from Free Chips are credited as follows:
a) once all Free Chips have been played, or
b) once the maximum winnings cap of £100 has been reached, whichever occurs first.

A.15 If the maximum winnings cap of £100 is reached before finishing playing all Free Chips, any remaining Free Chips will be forfeited.

A.16 There is no additional cost required to participate.

A.17 Cash winnings are paid in the player’s local currency with no wagering requirements. Winnings from Free Chips are subject to the play-through and capped winnings conditions set out in A.10 to A.15. You can track your own winnings, other players’ winnings, and the remaining number of prizes in real time via the in-game promotional interface of each participating game.

A.18 We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion, including any related terms and conditions, at any time. Any such amendments will not affect players who have opted in unless necessary to manage or prevent fraud and other unlawful behaviour.

A.19 We reserve the right to review players’ activities to detect any potential abuse, in conjunction with the Network. Should such a review uncover abusive or unlawful behaviour, we may forfeit winnings and restrict the player’s participation in future promotions. Furthermore, we and the Network may take legal action to uphold the fairness of the promotion for all participants.

A.20 In case of any discrepancy between the English Terms & Conditions, and any other language, the English version prevails.

A.21 This Pragmatic Play Network promotion has a £1,500,000 prize pool shared across all participating operators during the Promotion Period. kwiff players are eligible alongside players from other platforms.

A.22 Any attempt to manipulate the prize pool drop mechanic, exploit game mechanics, or otherwise participate in an unfair or abusive manner will result in disqualification from the Promotion.

A.23 By participating, players consent to kwiff and Pragmatic Play using their data for promotion administration and prize distribution, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

A.24 In the event of a technical failure by us or the Network, or any occurrence that prevents us from crediting the promotional reward, we will credit the reward within 24 hours of the issue being resolved, in line with standard operational practices.

A.25 In the event of technical issues, interruptions, or game malfunctions, affected rounds or prize outcomes may be voided or restored in accordance with our standard operational procedures. Neither we nor the Network shall be responsible for delays, connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or platform outages affecting participation or prize awards.

General Terms & Conditions

B.1 In the event of any dispute regarding these promotional terms and conditions; the administration, conduct or results of the Promotion; and/or any other matters relating to the Promotion, the decision of kwiff shall be final, if you disagree with said decision or have any complaints, you can reach out to us through our Customer Service team or alternatively, we are also affiliated with the Alternative Dispute Resolution entity eCogra. Refer to the Complaints procedure for more information on complaints and disputes.

B.2 Failure to comply with these promotional terms and conditions may result in your disqualification from the Promotion and/or account closure.

B.3 Duplicate accounts will not qualify for this Promotion. Kwiff may determine at its sole discretion whether it believes different entries or accounts are connected to the same person, using whatever methods it deems appropriate.

B.4 All withdrawals are subject to audit by kwiff. We reserve the right to reclaim any bonus and/or cash reward and/or any winnings, and/or close an account, in a situation of obvious abuse or fraud.

B.5 The Promotion is limited to one entry per person, meaning we monitor one per family, household address, email address, IP address, telephone number, same payment account number (e.g. debit card), and shared computer (e.g. public library or workplace).

B.6 We reserve the right to withhold or cancel payments and any winnings generated where:

Participants, whether individually or acting in a group, are found to be in breach of these terms and conditions;
A customer is found to have multiple accounts;
A customer is self-excluded on any accounts they hold with kwiff;
Kwiff, at its sole discretion has reason to believe that the Promotion has been abused, manipulated, or that irregular (e.g influence betting, syndicate betting, etc.), fraudulent, collusive or illegal activity has occurred. (See item J.6.2 of our T&C’s for further information on abuse of promotions and bonuses).

B.7 In the event of any breach of these terms and conditions or a participant being ineligible to participate in the Promotion, kwiff reserves the right to take such action as it deems appropriate and in its absolute discretion, including but not limited to account closures; disqualifications from the promotion; reclamation of bonuses, cash rewards, winnings or prizes granted; refusing all future promotions; withholding associated winnings; and/or voiding associated stakes.

B.8 Events may occur that result in kwiff extending, refusing, reclaiming, cancelling, terminating, modifying or suspending the Promotion, these terms and conditions and/or the awarding of prize(s), bonuses or cash rewards at any point and for any reason. These may be due to a third party’s illegal activity, technical difficulties and/or any other reasons beyond the control of kwiff and accordingly the entrant agrees that kwiff shall have no liability as a result thereof. Free bets once voided will have no stake returned. Where existing participants are affected, they shall be informed in advance and can opt-out with only their eligible redeemable cash balance being available.”

B.9 Kwiff disclaims any liability for inaccurate information or payouts, whether caused by the website, users of the Platform, equipment used in the Promotion, or by human or technical errors related to the Promotion. Kwiff does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failure of any kind, which may affect the sending, receipt or processing of your entry or qualification for the Promotion. Kwiff will not be responsible for any postponement or cancellation of the Promotion to the extent such occurs for reasons beyond kwiff’s reasonable control.

B.10 Kwiff may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for verification documents such as passport or ID to verify your identity, age and residency to fulfil ongoing regulatory obligations and limit fraud. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes or rewards that have been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.

B.11 Employees of kwiff (or their families or households), or any group company of kwiff, companies associated with kwiff and all affiliates of such companies, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. Kwiff reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.

B.12 kwiff reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so as a result of an exceptional event or any circumstances beyond our control. Customers who qualified prior to any change will be honoured with the reward or where not possible, with a reward of equal value or greater.

B.13 The promoter of this Promotion in UK and Ireland is kwiff Limited, registered in Malta under the number C77623 and having its registered office at Triq Il-Wied Ta’ L-Msida, Msida, MSD9023, Malta. For players not in the UK or Ireland the service is operated by Worldwide Gaming Limited, a company registered in Isle of Man with registration number 017900V having its registered office at Second Floor, 18-20 North Quay, Douglas, Isle of Man.

B.14 Kwiff Terms And Conditions and Betting Rules apply. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these promotion terms and conditions and the kwiff Terms of Conditions and/or Betting Rules, they shall prevail in the following order: (a) Terms of Conditions, (b) Betting Rules, (c) these promotion terms and conditions.
