Ascot Cashback – Terms & Conditions

This Promotion is offered to you by kwiff Limited (“kwiff”, “we” or “us”). By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which apply in conjunction with the kwiff Terms and Conditions, Betting Rules, and your existing Rebate Deal Terms and Conditions.

A.1 The Promotion applies to the participant’s Net Losses incurred during the Promotional Period. For the purposes of this Promotion, “Net Losses” means the total amount wagered on Qualifying Bets minus total returns, Bonuses, and Cash Rewards credited to your account during the Promotional Period.

A.2 The Promotion runs from 16.06.2026 00:00 until 20.06.2026 23:59 BST (the “Promotional Period”).

A.3 The Promotion is available to selected customers residing in the UK or the Republic of Ireland, aged 18 years or over, who hold an active Rebate Deal with kwiff, subject to verification and eligibility checks.

A.4 For the purposes of this Promotion, “Qualifying Bets” are all real money wagers placed during the Promotional Period that are not voided, cashed out, or placed using Bonuses, Free Bets, or other promotional credits.

A.5 The Reward is a Cash payment equivalent to 5% of the participant’s Net Losses during the Promotional Period.

Example – You stake a total of £200 and receive total returns of £80 from all bets. Additionally, you receive £20 in Bonuses and Cash Rewards during the Promotional Period. Your Net Losses would be £100 (£200 stakes – £80 returns – £20 Bonuses and Cash Rewards). Your Cashback Reward would therefore be £5 (5% of £100 Net Losses).

A.6 The minimum Cashback Reward payable per qualifying participant is £/€5. Accrued Net Losses resulting in a Cashback Reward below £/€5 will not be credited.

A.7 The maximum Cashback Reward available per qualifying participant is £/€500. One Cashback Reward is available per participant, per account, under this Promotion.

A.8 If a profit is made during the Promotional Period, no Cashback Reward will be credited.

A.9 The Cashback Reward will be automatically credited to eligible participants on 21.06.2026 by 17:00. The Cashback Reward will be paid provided the participant’s account is not closed, or suspended due to suspected fraud, abuse, or a breach of the kwiff Terms and Conditions, at the time of crediting. Cash Rewards can be withdrawn without restriction or play-through requirements.

A.10 This Promotion runs in addition to your existing Rebate Deal, which continues on its usual assessment cycle and is not affected by this Promotion. Both this Promotion and your Rebate Deal calculate Net Losses after deducting any Bonuses and Cash Rewards credited during each respective period. Any Rebate Deal payment credited to your account during the Promotional Period will therefore be deducted from your Net Losses for this Promotion, and any Cashback Reward credited under this Promotion during your Rebate Deal assessment period will be deducted from your Net Losses for your Rebate Deal.

A.11 If you have been sent an email from kwiff excluding you from offers, you will not qualify for the Promotion.

A.12 In the event of a technical failure by us or any occurrence that prevents us from crediting the Cashback Reward, we will credit the Reward once the issue is resolved, in line with standard operational practices.

A.13 kwiff reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this Promotion due to unforeseen circumstances, legal or regulatory requirements, technical errors, errors in promotion setup, or suspected fraud or abuse. Any such changes will be communicated to affected participants where reasonably practicable. Any amendment, suspension, or withdrawal will not affect Cashback Rewards already accrued at the time of the change, except in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.

General Terms & Conditions

B.1 In the event of any dispute regarding these promotional terms and conditions; the administration, conduct or results of the Promotion; and/or any other matters relating to the Promotion, the decision of kwiff shall be final, if you disagree with said decision or have any complaints, you can reach out to us through our Customer Service team or alternatively, we are also affiliated with the Alternative Dispute Resolution entity eCogra. Refer to the Complaints procedure for more information on complaints and disputes.

B.2 Failure to comply with these promotional terms and conditions may result in your disqualification from the Promotion and/or account closure.

B.3 Duplicate accounts will not qualify for this Promotion. Kwiff may determine at its sole discretion whether it believes different entries or accounts are connected to the same person, using whatever methods it deems appropriate.

B.4 All withdrawals are subject to audit by kwiff. We reserve the right to reclaim any bonus and/or cash reward and/or any winnings, and/or close an account, in a situation of obvious abuse or fraud.

B.5 The Promotion is limited to one entry per person, meaning we monitor one per family, household address, email address, IP address, telephone number, same payment account number (e.g. debit card), and shared computer (e.g. public library or workplace).

B.6 We reserve the right to withhold or cancel payments and any winnings generated where:

Participants, whether individually or acting in a group, are found to be in breach of these terms and conditions;
A customer is found to have multiple accounts;
A customer is self-excluded on any accounts they hold with kwiff;
Kwiff, at its sole discretion has reason to believe that the Promotion has been abused, manipulated, or that irregular (e.g influence betting, syndicate betting, etc.), fraudulent, collusive or illegal activity has occurred. (See item J.6.2 of our T&C’s for further information on abuse of promotions and bonuses).

B.7 In the event of any breach of these terms and conditions or a participant being ineligible to participate in the Promotion, kwiff reserves the right to take such action as it deems appropriate and in its absolute discretion, including but not limited to account closures; disqualifications from the promotion; reclamation of bonuses, cash rewards, winnings or prizes granted; refusing all future promotions; withholding associated winnings; and/or voiding associated stakes.

B.8 Events may occur that result in kwiff extending, refusing, reclaiming, cancelling, terminating, modifying or suspending the Promotion, these terms and conditions and/or the awarding of prize(s), bonuses or cash rewards at any point and for any reason. These may be due to a third party’s illegal activity, technical difficulties and/or any other reasons beyond the control of kwiff and accordingly the entrant agrees that kwiff shall have no liability as a result thereof. Free bets once voided will have no stake returned. Where existing participants are affected, they shall be informed in advance and can opt-out with only their eligible redeemable cash balance being available.”

B.9 Kwiff disclaims any liability for inaccurate information or payouts, whether caused by the website, users of the Platform, equipment used in the Promotion, or by human or technical errors related to the Promotion. Kwiff does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failure of any kind, which may affect the sending, receipt or processing of your entry or qualification for the Promotion. Kwiff will not be responsible for any postponement or cancellation of the Promotion to the extent such occurs for reasons beyond kwiff’s reasonable control.

B.10 Kwiff may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for verification documents such as passport or ID to verify your identity, age and residency to fulfil ongoing regulatory obligations and limit fraud. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes or rewards that have been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.

B.11 Employees of kwiff (or their families or households), or any group company of kwiff, companies associated with kwiff and all affiliates of such companies, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. Kwiff reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.

B.12 kwiff reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so as a result of an exceptional event or any circumstances beyond our control. Customers who qualified prior to any change will be honoured with the reward or where not possible, with a reward of equal value or greater.

B.13 The promoter of this Promotion in UK and Ireland is kwiff Limited, registered in Malta under the number C77623 and having its registered office at Triq Il-Wied Ta’ L-Msida, Msida, MSD9023, Malta. For players not in the UK or Ireland the service is operated by Worldwide Gaming Limited, a company registered in Isle of Man with registration number 017900V having its registered office at Second Floor, 18-20 North Quay, Douglas, Isle of Man.

B.14 Kwiff Terms And Conditions and Betting Rules apply. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these promotion terms and conditions and the kwiff Terms of Conditions and/or Betting Rules, they shall prevail in the following order: (a) Terms of Conditions, (b) Betting Rules, (c) these promotion terms and conditions.
