Sweets & Screams – Terms & Conditions

Sweets & Screams (the “Promotion”) is offered to you by kwiff Limited (“kwiff”, “we” or “us”) in partnership with Pragmatic Play. By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which apply in conjunction with the kwiff Terms and Conditions and Betting Rules.

A.1 The “Sweets & Screams” promotion runs from 30^th October 2025 10:01 GMT+1 until 04^th November 2025 at 23:59 GMT+1 (the “Promotional Term”). This is a network promotion operated by Pragmatic Play and prize pools are shared across different operators.

A.2 To take part in the “Sweets & Screams” promotion, you must opt in via the in-game pop-up and place at least one real-money spin on any participating game. The participating games list includes all Pragmatic Play’s Halloween themed games titles (each a “Participating Game”).

A.3 By opting in for the “Sweets & Screams” promotion, you hereby agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

A.4 This promotion is open only to customers aged 18+, registered in the UK, with an active kwiff account.

A.5 To qualify for a prize, you must place at least one real-money spin on any participating game (“Qualifying Bet”) after opting in to the Sweets & Screams promotion.

A.7 Each Qualifying Bet can trigger a single prize. Players may win multiple prizes during the Promotional Term; however, each Qualifying Bet can only trigger one prize at a time.

A.8 Prize drops are randomly triggered on any Qualifying Bet, with only one (1) prize awarded at a time.

A.9 Prizes are awarded as predetermined multipliers of your winning bet stake (multiplier × bet stake, up to a maximum qualifying bet of £1 for prize calculation), or Free Spins (as defined below).

a) Free Spins prizes (‘Free Spins’) are awarded as five (5) or ten (10) Free Spins in Sweet Rush Bonanza, at the same bet level used to win the prize, up to a maximum qualifying bet of £1. If the winning bet exceeded £1, the Free Spins will be awarded at the £1 bet level.

b) Free Spins will be instantly awarded to players. Players will have 7 days in which to claim and play the bonus from the moment it was awarded to them.

c) Winnings from the Sweets & Screams promotion are credited as cash amounts (in player’s local currency) without any wagering requirements.

A.If you purchase an in-game Bonus/Free Spins feature (‘Bonus Buy’) or place a Super Spin, Double Chance Bet, or Triple Chance Bet (‘Ante Bet’), any prize triggered will be calculated based on the same bet level, up to a maximum qualifying bet of £1 (applicable only in permitted jurisdictions).

A.11 You can track your wins, other players’ wins, and the remaining number of prizes in real-time within the promotional interface of each participating game.

A.12 There is no additional cost required to participate.

A.13 Any cash prizes won have no wagering requirements or withdrawal restrictions.

A.14 Pragmatic Play reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion, including any related terms and conditions, at any time. Any such amendments will not affect players who have opted in unless necessary to manage or prevent fraud and other unlawful behavior.

A.15 Pragmatic Play reserves the right to review players’ activities to detect any potential abuse. Should such a review uncover abusive or unlawful behavior, Pragmatic Play may forfeit winnings and restrict the player’s participation in future promotions. Furthermore, Pragmatic Play and the platform owner where the player is registered may take legal action to uphold the fairness of the promotion for all participants.

A.16 In case of any discrepancy between the English Terms & Conditions, and any other language, the English version prevails.

A.17 This Pragmatic Play Network promotion has a £500,000 prize pool shared across all participating operators. Kwiff players are eligible alongside players from other platforms.

A.18 Any attempt to manipulate the leaderboard, exploit game mechanics, or otherwise participate in an unfair or abusive manner will result in disqualification from the promotion. kwiff and Pragmatic Play reserve the right to withhold prizes and restrict future participation.

A.19 By participating, players consent to kwiff and Pragmatic Play using their data for promotion administration, leaderboard calculation, and prize distribution, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

General Terms & Conditions

B.1 In the event of any dispute regarding these promotional terms and conditions; the administration, conduct or results of the Promotion; and/or any other matters relating to the Promotion, the decision of kwiff shall be final, if you disagree with said decision or have any complaints, you can reach out to us through our Customer Service team or alternatively, we are also affiliated with the Alternative Dispute Resolution entity eCogra. Refer to the Complaints procedure for more information on complaints and disputes.

B.2 Failure to comply with these promotional terms and conditions may result in your disqualification from the Promotion and/or account closure.

B.3 Duplicate accounts will not qualify for this Promotion. Kwiff may determine at its sole discretion whether it believes different entries or accounts are connected to the same person, using whatever methods it deems appropriate.

B.4 All withdrawals are subject to audit by kwiff. We reserve the right to reclaim any bonus and/or cash reward and/or any winnings, and/or close an account, in a situation of obvious abuse or fraud.

B.5 The Promotion is limited to one entry per person, meaning we monitor one per family, household address, email address, IP address, telephone number, same payment account number (e.g. debit card), and shared computer (e.g. public library or workplace).

B.6 We reserve the right to withhold or cancel payments and any winnings generated where:

Participants, whether individually or acting in a group, are found to be in breach of these terms and conditions;
A customer is found to have multiple accounts;
A customer is self-excluded on any accounts they hold with kwiff;
Kwiff, at its sole discretion has reason to believe that the Promotion has been abused, manipulated, or that irregular (e.g influence betting, syndicate betting, etc.), fraudulent, collusive or illegal activity has occurred. (See item J.6.2 of our T&C’s for further information on abuse of promotions and bonuses).

B.7 In the event of any breach of these terms and conditions or a participant being ineligible to participate in the Promotion, kwiff reserves the right to take such action as it deems appropriate and in its absolute discretion, including but not limited to account closures; disqualifications from the promotion; reclamation of bonuses, cash rewards, winnings or prizes granted; refusing all future promotions; withholding associated winnings; and/or voiding associated stakes.

B.8 Events may occur that result in kwiff extending, refusing, reclaiming, cancelling, terminating, modifying or suspending the Promotion, these terms and conditions and/or the awarding of prize(s), bonuses or cash rewards at any point and for any reason. These may be due to a third party’s illegal activity, technical difficulties and/or any other reasons beyond the control of kwiff and accordingly the entrant agrees that kwiff shall have no liability as a result thereof. Free bets once voided will have no stake returned. We shall endeavour to supply an alternative Surprise Bet of the same value, should a surprise bet be voided. Where existing participants are affected, they shall be informed in advance and can opt-out with only their eligible redeemable cash balance being available.”

B.9 Kwiff disclaims any liability for inaccurate information or payouts, whether caused by the website, users of the Platform, equipment used in the Promotion, or by human or technical errors related to the Promotion. Kwiff does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failure of any kind, which may affect the sending, receipt or processing of your entry or qualification for the Promotion. Kwiff will not be responsible for any postponement or cancellation of the Promotion to the extent such occurs for reasons beyond kwiff’s reasonable control.

B.10 Kwiff may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for verification documents such as passport or ID to verify your identity, age and residency to fulfil ongoing regulatory obligations and limit fraud. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes or rewards that have been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.

B.11 Employees of kwiff (or their families or households), or any group company of kwiff, companies associated with kwiff and all affiliates of such companies, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. Kwiff reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.

B.12 kwiff reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so as a result of an exceptional event or any circumstances beyond our control. Customers who qualified prior to any change will be honoured with the reward or where not possible, with a reward of equal value or greater.

B.13 The promoter of this Promotion in UK and Ireland is kwiff Limited, registered in Malta under the number C77623 and having its registered office at Triq Il-Wied Ta’ L-Msida, Msida, MSD9023, Malta. For players not in the UK or Ireland the service is operated by Worldwide Gaming Limited, a company registered in Isle of Man with registration number 017900V having its registered office at Second Floor, 18-20 North Quay, Douglas, Isle of Man.

B.14 Kwiff Terms And Conditions and Betting Rules apply. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these promotion terms and conditions and the kwiff Terms of Conditions and/or Betting Rules, they shall prevail in the following order: (a) Terms of Conditions, (b) Betting Rules, (c) these promotion terms and conditions.
