Champions Roulette – Terms & Conditions

“Champions Roulette” Prize Drop (the “Promotion”) is offered to you by kwiff Limited (“kwiff”, “we” or “us”) in partnership with Pragmatic Play. By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which apply in conjunction with the kwiff Terms and Conditions and Betting Rules.

A.1 The “Champions Roulette” Prize Drop promotion runs from 21st May 2026 at 10:01 GMT until 25th May 2026 at 23:59 GMT (the “Promotion Period”). This is a network promotion operated by Pragmatic Play and prize pools are shared across different operators.

A.2 To take part in the Promotion, players must opt in via the in-game pop-up in any of the participating games/tables (“Participating Game”). A single opt-in covers the full Promotion Period. Real-money bets of at least £0.50 placed after opt-in qualify as Qualifying Bets. If the minimum bet amount of £0.50 is not available in a game, the next higher available bet stake will count as a Qualifying Bet.

A.3 By opting in for the “Champions Roulette” Prize Drop promotion, you hereby agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

A.4 Promotion is only valid to selected 18+ customers residing in the UK and the Republic of Ireland, subject to eligibility checks.

A.5 To qualify for a random prize, you must place a real-money spin of at least £0.50, subject to game-specific minimum bet requirements, on the participating games/tables (a “Qualifying Bet”).

A.6 Each Qualifying Bet can trigger only one (1) prize at a time.

A.7 Each player may win maximum two (2) prizes during the Champions Roulette Prize Drop.

A.8 Prizes in the Champions Roulette Prize Drop are awarded as predetermined cash amounts in the player local currency with no wagering or withdrawal restrictions.

A.9 All prizes and quantities are displayed within the “Prizes” section of the promotional menu available in-game or in the table below and represent the total prize pool for the Promotion and are distributed throughout the entire Promotion Period.

A.10 There is no additional cost required to participate.

A.11 Any cash prizes won have no wagering requirements or withdrawal restrictions.

A.12 You can track your own winnings, other players’ winnings, and the remaining number of prizes in real time via the in-game promotional interface of each participating game.

A.13 Pragmatic Play reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion, including any related terms and conditions, at any time. Any such amendments will not affect players who have opted in unless necessary to manage or prevent fraud and other unlawful behavior.

A.14 Pragmatic Play reserves the right to review players’ activities to detect any potential abuse. Should such a review uncover abusive or unlawful behavior, Pragmatic Play may forfeit winnings and restrict the player’s participation in future promotions. Furthermore, Pragmatic Play and the platform owner where the player is registered may take legal action to uphold the fairness of the promotion for all participants.

A.15 In case of any discrepancy between the English Terms & Conditions, and any other language, the English version prevails.

A.16 This Pragmatic Play Network promotion has a £30,000 prize pool shared across all participating operators during the Promotion Period. kwiff players are eligible alongside players from other platforms.

A.17 Any attempt to manipulate the prize drop mechanic, exploit game mechanics, or otherwise participate in an unfair or abusive manner will result in disqualification from the Promotion.

A.18 By participating, players consent to kwiff and Pragmatic Play using their data for promotion administration and prize distribution, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

A.19 In the event of a technical failure by us or the Network, or any occurrence that prevents us from crediting the promotional reward, we will credit the reward once the issue is resolved, in line with standard operational practices.

General Terms & Conditions

B.1 In the event of any dispute regarding these promotional terms and conditions; the administration, conduct or results of the Promotion; and/or any other matters relating to the Promotion, the decision of kwiff shall be final, if you disagree with said decision or have any complaints, you can reach out to us through our Customer Service team or alternatively, we are also affiliated with the Alternative Dispute Resolution entity eCogra. Refer to the Complaints procedure for more information on complaints and disputes.

B.2 Failure to comply with these promotional terms and conditions may result in your disqualification from the Promotion and/or account closure.

B.3 Duplicate accounts will not qualify for this Promotion. Kwiff may determine at its sole discretion whether it believes different entries or accounts are connected to the same person, using whatever methods it deems appropriate.

B.4 All withdrawals are subject to audit by kwiff. We reserve the right to reclaim any bonus and/or cash reward and/or any winnings, and/or close an account, in a situation of obvious abuse or fraud.

B.5 The Promotion is limited to one entry per person, meaning we monitor one per family, household address, email address, IP address, telephone number, same payment account number (e.g. debit card), and shared computer (e.g. public library or workplace).

B.6 We reserve the right to withhold or cancel payments and any winnings generated where:

Participants, whether individually or acting in a group, are found to be in breach of these terms and conditions;
A customer is found to have multiple accounts;
A customer is self-excluded on any accounts they hold with kwiff;
Kwiff, at its sole discretion has reason to believe that the Promotion has been abused, manipulated, or that irregular (e.g influence betting, syndicate betting, etc.), fraudulent, collusive or illegal activity has occurred. (See item J.6.2 of our T&C’s for further information on abuse of promotions and bonuses).

B.7 In the event of any breach of these terms and conditions or a participant being ineligible to participate in the Promotion, kwiff reserves the right to take such action as it deems appropriate and in its absolute discretion, including but not limited to account closures; disqualifications from the promotion; reclamation of bonuses, cash rewards, winnings or prizes granted; refusing all future promotions; withholding associated winnings; and/or voiding associated stakes.

B.8 Events may occur that result in kwiff extending, refusing, reclaiming, cancelling, terminating, modifying or suspending the Promotion, these terms and conditions and/or the awarding of prize(s), bonuses or cash rewards at any point and for any reason. These may be due to a third party’s illegal activity, technical difficulties and/or any other reasons beyond the control of kwiff and accordingly the entrant agrees that kwiff shall have no liability as a result thereof. Free bets once voided will have no stake returned. We shall endeavour to supply an alternative Surprise Bet of the same value, should a surprise bet be voided. Where existing participants are affected, they shall be informed in advance and can opt-out with only their eligible redeemable cash balance being available.”

B.9 Kwiff disclaims any liability for inaccurate information or payouts, whether caused by the website, users of the Platform, equipment used in the Promotion, or by human or technical errors related to the Promotion. Kwiff does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failure of any kind, which may affect the sending, receipt or processing of your entry or qualification for the Promotion. Kwiff will not be responsible for any postponement or cancellation of the Promotion to the extent such occurs for reasons beyond kwiff’s reasonable control.

B.10 Kwiff may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for verification documents such as passport or ID to verify your identity, age and residency to fulfil ongoing regulatory obligations and limit fraud. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes or rewards that have been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.

B.11 Employees of kwiff (or their families or households), or any group company of kwiff, companies associated with kwiff and all affiliates of such companies, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. Kwiff reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.

B.12 kwiff reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so as a result of an exceptional event or any circumstances beyond our control. Customers who qualified prior to any change will be honoured with the reward or where not possible, with a reward of equal value or greater.

B.13 The promoter of this Promotion in UK and Ireland is kwiff Limited, registered in Malta under the number C77623 and having its registered office at Triq Il-Wied Ta’ L-Msida, Msida, MSD9023, Malta. For players not in the UK or Ireland the service is operated by Worldwide Gaming Limited, a company registered in Isle of Man with registration number 017900V having its registered office at Second Floor, 18-20 North Quay, Douglas, Isle of Man.

B.14 Kwiff Terms And Conditions and Betting Rules apply. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these promotion terms and conditions and the kwiff Terms of Conditions and/or Betting Rules, they shall prevail in the following order: (a) Terms of Conditions, (b) Betting Rules, (c) these promotion terms and conditions.
