The Cheltenham Calendar – Terms & Conditions

The Cheltenham Calendar (the “Promotion”) is offered to you by kwiff Limited (“kwiff”, “we” or “us”). By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which apply in conjunction with the kwiff Terms and Conditions and Betting Rules.

A.1 The Promotion operates as a daily rewards giveaway. To claim any reward, customers must be logged in and have an active, verified account.

A.2 Each customer may claim one reward per day during the Promotional Period (09.03.2025 14:00 – 13.03.2025 23:59).

A.3 The Promotion is only valid for new and existing customers residing in the UK or Republic of Ireland, aged 18 or over.

A.4 Available to customers who have deposited in the last 365 days.

A.5 To qualify for the Promotion, players must have a verified account. Account must be active. If your account was previously closed/restricted and reopened, access to the Calendar will only be available from noon the following day.

A.6 Players with product restrictions will not be able to use the rewards.

A.7 To access the Calendar, log in and visit the ‘Promotions’ section of your account. Click the numbered door that corresponds to the current date of the Promotion.

A.8 Once your reward is revealed, click ‘Claim’ to collect it.

A.9 Rewards must be claimed on the day they are revealed. If you miss a day, you can still claim rewards on subsequent days.

A.10 When your reward is revealed, you must click ‘Claim’ while logged in to activate it. Your account must be active to claim and use rewards. Some rewards may require a minimum deposit or wager to claim. Any such requirements will be displayed in the reward pop-up.

A.11 If you have been excluded from offers via email, you will not qualify for this promotion.

A.12 It may take up to 60 minutes for the reward to appear in the player’s account.

A.13 Once issued, rewards are valid for 24 hours.

A.14 The rewards available in the Calendar may vary by day, type, and value. Some rewards may be more likely to appear than others.

A.15 We may withdraw the promotion if required due to operational, technical, or legal reasons. Any withdrawal will not affect customers who have already qualified or received a reward.

A.16. Free Bets:

Follow the instructions to use the free bet in the eligible market:

Available on selected markets specified in the Free Bet gold bar, minimum ticket odds specified in the Free Bet Gold bar (follow the free bet conditions, in the gold bar, on the sports page to place the Free Bet).

A.17 The free bet icon will only appear on selections that meet the criteria.

A.18 The entire free bet amount must be used in a single bet.

A.19 Free bet tickets cannot be combined with other free bets or cash stakes.

A.20 There is no turnover requirement on winnings from free bets. Winnings from free bets can be withdrawn without restrictions.

A.21 Free Bet stakes are not included in returns. For example, a £10 bet placed at odds of 3.00 would give a return of £30 (£20 winnings plus £10 stake), but a £10 Free Bet placed at odds of 3.00 would give a net return of £20 (the £10 Free Bet stake is not returned).

A.22 Free Bets must be used within 24 hours after issuance.

A.23 Bet on sports, get a Free Bet

Specific terms and conditions for the ‘Bet on Sports get a Free Bet’ reward will be detailed in the pop-up message displayed to the player upon winning a reward and will also be accessible under the Promotions Tab on the website.

A.24. % Stake back as Cash

The promotion operates as % of the stake back as cash if a qualifying bet settles as a loss. The minimum and maximum odds, stakes, and any additional details will be outlined in the terms generated when revealing the calendar door.

Wager on a sport outlined in the promotion terms and conditions, which will be revealed when opening a calendar door.

Only the first qualifying losing bet placed and settled within the Promotional Period will count towards this Promotion. Cashback rewards will be generated when the first qualifying bet settles as a loss. Qualifying bets must be placed and settled within the Promotional Period to qualify for the reward. Once a qualifying bet has settled, it may take up to an hour for the reward to reflect on the customer’s account.

For each-way bets, only half of the total stake will count towards the promotion.

For example, a £/€5 each-way bet has a total stake of £/€10 (£/€5 on the win and £/€5 on the place). However, only £/€5 (half of the total stake) will be considered eligible for the promotion. £/€5 placed EW, based on 50% stake back, would mean £/€2.50 returned if the win part loses.

A.25. % Stake back as a Free Bet

The promotion operates as % of the stake back as a free bet if a qualifying bet settles as a loss. The minimum and maximum odds, stakes, and any additional details will be outlined in the terms generated when revealing the calendar door.

Wager on a sport outlined in the promotion terms and conditions, which will be revealed when opening a calendar door.

Only the first qualifying losing bet will count towards this Promotion.

Free bet rewards will be generated when the first qualifying bet has settled as lost. Qualifying bets must be placed and settled within the Promotional Period to qualify for the reward. Once a qualifying bet has settled, it may take up to an hour for rewards to be reflected in the customer account.

A.26 In the event of a technical failure by the Network or us, or any occurrence that temporarily prevents us from crediting the promotional reward within the expected time frame, we will credit the reward as soon as reasonably practicable once the incident is resolved, subject to standard operational practices and provided all qualifying conditions have been met.

General Terms & Conditions

B.1 In the event of any dispute regarding these promotional terms and conditions; the administration, conduct or results of the Promotion; and/or any other matters relating to the Promotion, the decision of kwiff shall be final, if you disagree with said decision or have any complaints, you can reach out to us through our Customer Service team or alternatively, we are also affiliated with the Alternative Dispute Resolution entity eCogra. Refer to the Complaints procedure for more information on complaints and disputes.

B.2 Failure to comply with these promotional terms and conditions may result in your disqualification from the Promotion and/or account closure.

B.3 Duplicate accounts will not qualify for this Promotion. Kwiff may determine at its sole discretion whether it believes different entries or accounts are connected to the same person, using whatever methods it deems appropriate.

B.4 All withdrawals are subject to audit by kwiff. We reserve the right to reclaim any bonus and/or cash reward and/or any winnings, and/or close an account, in a situation of obvious abuse or fraud.

B.5 The Promotion is limited to one entry per person, meaning we monitor one per family, household address, email address, IP address, telephone number, same payment account number (e.g. debit card), and shared computer (e.g. public library or workplace).

B.6 We reserve the right to withhold or cancel payments and any winnings generated where:

Participants, whether individually or acting in a group, are found to be in breach of these terms and conditions;
A customer is found to have multiple accounts;
A customer is self-excluded on any accounts they hold with kwiff;
Kwiff, at its sole discretion has reason to believe that the Promotion has been abused, manipulated, or that irregular (e.g influence betting, syndicate betting, etc.), fraudulent, collusive or illegal activity has occurred. (See item J.6.2 of our T&C’s for further information on abuse of promotions and bonuses).

B.7 In the event of any breach of these terms and conditions or a participant being ineligible to participate in the Promotion, kwiff reserves the right to take such action as it deems appropriate and in its absolute discretion, including but not limited to account closures; disqualifications from the promotion; reclamation of bonuses, cash rewards, winnings or prizes granted; refusing all future promotions; withholding associated winnings; and/or voiding associated stakes.

B.8 Events may occur that result in kwiff extending, refusing, reclaiming, cancelling, terminating, modifying or suspending the Promotion, these terms and conditions and/or the awarding of prize(s), bonuses or cash rewards at any point and for any reason. These may be due to a third party’s illegal activity, technical difficulties and/or any other reasons beyond the control of kwiff and accordingly the entrant agrees that kwiff shall have no liability as a result thereof. Free bets once voided will have no stake returned. We shall endeavour to supply an alternative Surprise Bet of the same value, should a surprise bet be voided. Where existing participants are affected, they shall be informed in advance and can opt-out with only their eligible redeemable cash balance being available.”

B.9 Kwiff disclaims any liability for inaccurate information or payouts, whether caused by the website, users of the Platform, equipment used in the Promotion, or by human or technical errors related to the Promotion. Kwiff does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failure of any kind, which may affect the sending, receipt or processing of your entry or qualification for the Promotion. Kwiff will not be responsible for any postponement or cancellation of the Promotion to the extent such occurs for reasons beyond kwiff’s reasonable control.

B.10 Kwiff may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for verification documents such as passport or ID to verify your identity, age and residency to fulfil ongoing regulatory obligations and limit fraud. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes or rewards that have been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.

B.11 Employees of kwiff (or their families or households), or any group company of kwiff, companies associated with kwiff and all affiliates of such companies, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. Kwiff reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.

B.12 kwiff reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so as a result of an exceptional event or any circumstances beyond our control. Customers who qualified prior to any change will be honoured with the reward or where not possible, with a reward of equal value or greater.

B.13 The promoter of this Promotion in UK and Ireland is kwiff Limited, registered in Malta under the number C77623 and having its registered office at Triq Il-Wied Ta’ L-Msida, Msida, MSD9023, Malta. For players not in the UK or Ireland the service is operated by Worldwide Gaming Limited, a company registered in Isle of Man with registration number 017900V having its registered office at Second Floor, 18-20 North Quay, Douglas, Isle of Man.

B.14 Kwiff Terms And Conditions and Betting Rules apply. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these promotion terms and conditions and the kwiff Terms of Conditions and/or Betting Rules, they shall prevail in the following order: (a) Terms of Conditions, (b) Betting Rules, (c) these promotion terms and conditions.
