The “Cheltenham Gold Cup Tickets & Prizes Wheel” is offered to you by kwiff Limited (“kwiff”, “we” or “us”). By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which apply in conjunction with the kwiff Terms and Conditions and Betting Rules.

General Terms:

A.1 The Promotion operates as ‘’Spin the wheel for a chance to win a pair of Cheltenham Hospitality Tickets and rewards’’ for selected customers.

A.2 The Promotion runs daily from 05.02.2025/12:00 until 09.02.2025/23:59.

A.3 The Promotion is only valid for eligible customers residing in the UK or Republic of Ireland, aged 18 or over.

A.4 Players must have a verified account to qualify for the Promotion. The account must be active. If your account was previously closed and reopened, access to the wheel will only be available from noon the following day.

A.5 The promotion is available to selected customers only.

A.6 Players with product restrictions cannot use the rewards.

A.7 To spin the wheel, players must log in at kwiff.com and access it from the ‘Promotions’ section of their account between 05.02.2025/12:00 until 09.02.2025/23:59.

A.8 Once you spin the wheel, it will reveal whether you have won a prize, been entered into a draw to win Cheltenham tickets or lost. You must click the ‘claim’ button to activate rewards when issued.

A.9 A win is not guaranteed.

A.10 If your spin wins, you will receive a random reward or be entered into a prize draw to win tickets to Cheltenham 2025.

A.11 The available rewards include but are not limited to: Free spins, free bets, cash prizes, wagering bonuses, and entry into a prize draw to win tickets for Cheltenham Festival 2025.

A.12 Accounts must be active, and customers must log in to claim a bonus.

A.13 Each eligible player can redeem this promotion once per day throughout the promotional period.

A.14 If you have been excluded from offers via email, you will not qualify for this promotion.

A.15 It may take up to 10 minutes for a reward to appear on the player’s account.

A.16 Once issued, rewards are valid for 24 hours.

A.17 We reserve the right to withdraw the promotion at any time, without prior notice.

A.18 In the event of a technical failure by us or the Network, or any occurrence that prevents us from crediting the promotional reward within the expected timeframe, we will aim to credit the reward as soon as the issue is resolved.

Ticket Draw

B.1 If you land on one of the ‘’Ticket Draw’’ segments of the wheel, you will automatically be entered into a prize draw to win 1 of 4 pairs of hospitality tickets to Cheltenham Festival 2025. In the event you land on this segment more than once, your chances of winning hospitality tickets will not increase, customers will be considered only once regardless of entry amounts.

B.2 Winners will be randomly selected on Monday 10th February. If you are successful and win a pair of tickets, we will contact you by available means on your kwiff account.

B.3 Only one pair of tickets (prize) to be issued per qualifying customer. Tickets allocated to winning participants must be claimed by 14.02.2025 or will be deemed void.

B.4 If the initial winner of the tickets can not attend the event, refuses to provide documents or fails the due diligence process, prizes and tickets may be distributed at the company’s discretion.

B.5 We reserve the right to request documents from the winner and their plus one, to run basic due diligence on both.

Ticket Prizes are broken down as follows;

Prize Details

B.7 All prizes are for attendance at Gold Cup Day at Cheltenham Racecourse, Friday 14th March 2025.

B.8 The hotel stay will cover the night of Friday 14th March 2025, with checkout on Saturday 15th March 2025.

B.9 Hotels provided will be within a 5-mile radius of Cheltenham Racecourse (Evesham Rd, Cheltenham GL50 4SH).

Non-Transferable and Non-Exchangeable

B.10 Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.

B.11 Prize dates are fixed and cannot be altered.

B.12 Tickets and hospitality packages cannot be transferred to other individuals. The named winners and their chosen guest must attend the event.

B.13 Prizes cannot be swapped or exchanged for different packages, dates, or other arrangements.

Additional Terms

B.14 Breakfast is included with all hotel stays. Additional meals, drinks, or services not included in the prize package will be the sole responsibility of the winner.

B.15 Winners are responsible for their own transportation to and from Cheltenham Racecourse and their hotel.

B.16 It is the responsibility of the winners to ensure they arrive at the racecourse on time for the event.

Eligibility and Redemption

B.17 Winners will be contacted directly with details on how to redeem their prize. Failure to respond within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize.

Liability and Changes

B.18 The organisers are not responsible for any changes to the event or hotel availability that are outside of their control.

B.19 In the unlikely event of unforeseen circumstances, the organisers reserve the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value.

Event Conduct

B.20 Winners and their guests are expected to conduct themselves appropriately at the event and during their hotel stay. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate may result in forfeiture of the prize.

B.21 The event (Cheltenham Festival 2025) runs from 11.03.2025 – 14.03.2025.

Free Spins:

C.1 Free Spins will be awarded on Big Bass Day at the Races slot.
C.2 The maximum reward available per participant is 25 Free Spins. Free Spins must be claimed and used within 24 hours of crediting.
C.3 The value of each spin is specified in the reward pop-up.

Non-Wager Free Bets:

D.1 Log in to your account.
D.2 Follow the instructions to use the free bet in the eligible market:
Available on selected markets specified in the Free Bet gold bar, minimum ticket odds specified in the Free Bet Gold bar (follow the free bet conditions, in the gold bar, on the sports page to place the Free Bet).
D.3 The free bet icon will only appear on selections that meet the criteria.
D.4 The whole specified free bet amount must be used in the free bet ticket.
D.5 Free bet tickets cannot be combined with other free bets or cash stakes.
D.6 There is no turnover requirement on winnings from free bets. Winnings from free bets can be withdrawn without restrictions.
D.7 Free Bet stakes are not included in returns. For example, a £10 bet placed at odds of 3.00 would give a return of £30 (£20 winnings plus £10 stake), but a £10 Free Bet placed at odds of 3.00 would give a net return of £20 (the £10 Free Bet stake is not returned).
D.8 Free Bets must be used within 24 hours after issuance.

Bet on Sports and get a Free Bet;

E.1 Specific terms and conditions for the ‘Bet on Sports get a Free Bet’ reward will be detailed in the pop-up message displayed to the player upon winning a reward on the wheel.

Cash Rewards:

F.1 Cash rewards will be automatically added to the player’s account balance.
F.2 Players must log in to their accounts to claim the reward.
F.3 Any cash won can be withdrawn without restriction.

General Terms & Conditions

B.1 In the event of any dispute regarding these promotional terms and conditions; the administration, conduct or results of the Promotion; and/or any other matters relating to the Promotion, the decision of kwiff shall be final, if you disagree with said decision or have any complaints, you can reach out to us through our Customer Service team or alternatively, we are also affiliated with the Alternative Dispute Resolution entity eCogra. Refer to the Complaints procedure for more information on complaints and disputes.

B.2 Failure to comply with these promotional terms and conditions may result in your disqualification from the Promotion and/or account closure.

B.3 Duplicate accounts will not qualify for this Promotion. Kwiff may determine at its sole discretion whether it believes different entries or accounts are connected to the same person, using whatever methods it deems appropriate.

B.4 All withdrawals are subject to audit by kwiff. We reserve the right to reclaim any bonus and/or cash reward and/or any winnings, and/or close an account, in a situation of obvious abuse or fraud.

B.5 The Promotion is limited to one entry per person, meaning we monitor one per family, household address, email address, IP address, telephone number, same payment account number (e.g. debit card), and shared computer (e.g. public library or workplace).

B.6 We reserve the right to withhold or cancel payments and any winnings generated where:

Participants, whether individually or acting in a group, are found to be in breach of these terms and conditions;
A customer is found to have multiple accounts;
A customer is self-excluded on any accounts they hold with kwiff;
Kwiff, at its sole discretion has reason to believe that the Promotion has been abused, manipulated, or that irregular (e.g influence betting, syndicate betting, etc.), fraudulent, collusive or illegal activity has occurred. (See item J.6.2 of our T&C’s for further information on abuse of promotions and bonuses).

B.7 In the event of any breach of these terms and conditions or a participant being ineligible to participate in the Promotion, kwiff reserves the right to take such action as it deems appropriate and in its absolute discretion, including but not limited to account closures; disqualifications from the promotion; reclamation of bonuses, cash rewards, winnings or prizes granted; refusing all future promotions; withholding associated winnings; and/or voiding associated stakes.

B.8 Events may occur that result in kwiff extending, refusing, reclaiming, cancelling, terminating, modifying or suspending the Promotion, these terms and conditions and/or the awarding of prize(s), bonuses or cash rewards at any point and for any reason. These may be due to a third party’s illegal activity, technical difficulties and/or any other reasons beyond the control of kwiff and accordingly the entrant agrees that kwiff shall have no liability as a result thereof. Free bets once voided will have no stake returned. We shall endeavour to supply an alternative Surprise Bet of the same value, should a surprise bet be voided. Where existing participants are affected, they shall be informed in advance and can opt-out with only their eligible redeemable cash balance being available.”

B.9 Kwiff disclaims any liability for inaccurate information or payouts, whether caused by the website, users of the Platform, equipment used in the Promotion, or by human or technical errors related to the Promotion. Kwiff does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failure of any kind, which may affect the sending, receipt or processing of your entry or qualification for the Promotion. Kwiff will not be responsible for any postponement or cancellation of the Promotion to the extent such occurs for reasons beyond kwiff’s reasonable control.

B.10 Kwiff may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for verification documents such as passport or ID to verify your identity, age and residency to fulfil ongoing regulatory obligations and limit fraud. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes or rewards that have been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.

B.11 Employees of kwiff (or their families or households), or any group company of kwiff, companies associated with kwiff and all affiliates of such companies, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. Kwiff reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.

B.12 kwiff reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so as a result of an exceptional event or any circumstances beyond our control. Customers who qualified prior to any change will be honoured with the reward or where not possible, with a reward of equal value or greater.

B.13 The promoter of this Promotion in UK and Ireland is kwiff Limited, registered in Malta under the number C77623 and having its registered office at Triq Il-Wied Ta’ L-Msida, Msida, MSD9023, Malta. For players not in the UK or Ireland the service is operated by Worldwide Gaming Limited, a company registered in Isle of Man with registration number 017900V having its registered office at Second Floor, 18-20 North Quay, Douglas, Isle of Man.

B.14 Kwiff Terms And Conditions and Betting Rules apply. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these promotion terms and conditions and the kwiff Terms of Conditions and/or Betting Rules, they shall prevail in the following order: (a) Terms of Conditions, (b) Betting Rules, (c) these promotion terms and conditions.
